本实用新型公开了一种碎煤加压气化粗煤气余热回收装置,属于煤化工节能环保设备领域,其结构包括粗煤气除尘器、中压废热锅炉和洗涤冷却器,中压废热锅炉的管程进口通过管道与粗煤气除尘器连通,中压废热锅炉的管程出口通过管道与洗涤冷却器连通。本实用新型的碎煤加压气化粗煤气余热回收装置和现有技术相比,具有能够有效利用余热产生中压蒸汽、减少煤气洗涤污水排放、节能环保、经济效益显著等特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及煤化工节能环保设备领域,具体地说是碎煤加压气化粗煤气余热回收装置。
背景技术
鲁奇碎煤加压气化工艺开发之初主要是用于加工气化褐煤。由于褐煤的含水量一般较高,气化炉出口粗煤气温度只有220~250℃,所以通常采用低压废锅流程回收煤气热量产生低压蒸汽,随着气化原料的不断拓展,长焰煤、弱粘结性的烟煤、气煤、贫瘦煤等煤种现已经被应用于碎煤加压气化,气化炉出口的煤气温度可高达500~600℃,能产生价值更高的中压蒸汽,但目前仍然采用低压废锅流程,仅副产低压蒸汽,部分热量被煤气洗涤水带走,加大了煤气水的产生量,增大了废水处理量。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术任务是针对以上不足之处,提供一种热量利用效果好、设备投资低、安装使用方便的碎煤加压气化粗煤气余热回收装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该粗煤气余热回收装置包括粗煤气除尘器、中压废热锅炉和洗涤冷却器,中压废热锅炉的管程进口通过管道与粗煤气除尘器连通,中压废热锅炉的管程出口通过管道与洗涤冷却器连通。
本实用新型的碎煤加压气化粗煤气余热回收装置和现有技术相比,具有能够有效利用余热产生中压蒸汽、减少煤气洗涤污水排放、节能环保、经济效益显著等特点。采用中压废锅装置后,可将原有低压废锅工艺中的40%-50%的低压蒸汽转化为中压蒸汽,同时减少了约40%煤气洗涤水量,产生的中压蒸汽较现有工艺品位高,可以回用到碎煤加压气化及工厂中压管网,较低压废锅工艺提高了5-10%的热量利用。

本实用新型的碎煤加压气化粗煤气余热回收装置,其结构包括粗煤气除尘器1、中压废热锅炉2和洗涤冷却器3,中压废热锅炉2的管程进口通过管道与粗煤气除尘器1连通,中压废热锅炉2的管程出口通过管道与洗涤冷却器3连通。
工艺流程:鲁奇炉出口的粗煤气进入粗煤气除尘器1,分离出粗煤气中的大部分煤尘,除尘后的粗煤气进入中压废热锅炉2换热,产生中压蒸汽,换热后的粗煤气进入洗涤冷却器3,用洗涤水洗涤,除去析出的焦油,并进一步除去粗煤气中剩余的灰尘。
本实用新型的碎煤加压气化粗煤气余热回收装置其加工制作非常简单方便,按说明书附图所示加工制作即可。
