本发明涉及一种污泥干燥装置，具体涉及一种螺旋叶片干燥机。
背景技术
转盘式干燥机利用导热油干燥污泥，干燥过程需要大量的导热油，而加热导热油消耗了大量能量，这造成了不必要的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提供一种直接由加热单元干燥污泥的螺旋叶片干燥机，可以提高能量利用率。
为实现以上的技术目的，本实用新型将采取以下的技术方案：
一种螺旋叶片干燥机，它包括外壳和设在所述外壳内的中心转轴，其特征在于：所述中心转轴上套有螺旋叶片，螺旋叶片外部均布发热单元，所述中心转轴的一端设有驱动装置，驱动装置固定在外壳的一端，所述驱动装置为减速电机，所述中心转轴与驱动装置用联轴器连接，所述外壳上设有进料口，出料口和排气口。
本实用新型的有益效果：该装置采用发热单元和螺旋叶片，减少了在加热导热油过程中得能量损耗，增加能源的利用率。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述一种螺旋叶片干燥机，包括外壳6和设在所述外壳6内的中心转轴2，其特征在于：所述中心转轴2上套有螺旋叶片3，螺旋叶片3外部均布发热单元，所述中心转轴2的一端设有驱动装置1，驱动装置1固定在外壳6的一端，所述驱动装置1为减速电机，所述中心转轴2与驱动装置1用联轴器连接，所述外壳上设有进料口5，出料口7和蒸汽排放口4。
其工作过程如下：驱动装置1驱动中心转轴2转动，发热单元发热，将污泥从进料口5倒入干燥机。干燥过程中散发的蒸汽，将通过蒸汽排放口4排出，干燥好的污泥会从出料口7送出。
