中壳甩油槽割刀一般采用一体式割刀，刀头与刀身的粗细大小一样，由于在进行中壳甩油槽加工是，中壳涡口较小，导致刀身较细、易折断，且刀头前角一般为5～10度，导致刀头强度小、易折损。

针对上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种中壳甩油槽割刀，其刀身粗、强度大，且刀头强度大、不易折损。
其技术方案是这样的，一种中壳甩油槽割刀，其包括刀身、刀头，所述刀头处开有凹槽，其特征在于：所述刀身与刀头之间采用渐缩结构，由刀身端向刀头处渐缩。
其进一步特征在于：
所述刀头前角为20度，后角为5 度。
所述刀身、垂直于其轴向方向,其两侧设有加持平面。
采用本实用新型后，刀身采用平面与弧形面相结合，便于刀具的固定；刀身变粗，强度变大，刀身与刀头间采用渐缩结构，即保证了刀身的强度，又不影响刀头进入涡口工作；刀头前角为20度，高于一般的5～10度，提高了刀头的强度，不易折断、损坏，后角为5 度，太大，导致刀尖变平，加工时不受力，若太小，强度不够，易损坏。
