背景技术
核能领域专用定子嵌线所用线圈线径细、匝数多、跨距大,在线圈绕制过程中易出现线圈交叉、线圈不理顺,造成嵌线困难,同时影响绕线工作效率。为解决绕线中出现的问题,设计一种核能领域专用定子嵌线绕线模,以提高绕线效率。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决背景技术中,绕线时出现线圈交叉、线圈不理顺等质量问题。设计一种核能领域专用定子嵌线绕线模,其特征在于设计的绕线模圆弧过渡光滑及所用材质为PVC绝缘板,绕线模与绕线模挡板粘结牢固,间隙小于0.05mm,使线圈紧密的排列在绕线模上。

具体实施方式
如图1所示绕线模挡板1和绕线模2分别用8mm厚PVC绝缘板按图示尺寸制作而成,用502粘合剂粘结牢固,保证绕线模与绕线模挡板粘结紧固、密实。间隙小于0.05mm。 
本实用新型的工作原理为,通过绕线模的设计,保证专用定子嵌线用线圈绕制时,线圈排列整齐,无交叉现象。保证了绕线质量。绕线模、绕线模挡板材质采用PVC绝缘板,该材质具有优良的化学稳定性,耐腐蚀性,硬度大,强度高,耐老化,具有自熄性,绝缘性能可靠,表面光洁平整,不吸水不变形、易加工等特点。

1.专用定子嵌线绕线模装置其特征为:设计的定子嵌线绕线模圆弧过渡光滑,所用材质为PVC绝缘板,绕线模与绕线模挡板粘结牢固,间隙小于0.05mm。
