本实用新型涉及一种转子，属于电机领域。
背景技术：
电机转子是电机中的重要零部件之一，由转轴、铁芯、线圈组成。现有技术中，许多电机生产厂家在转轴上普遍采用单一的喷漆层来做绝缘处理，然而采用这样的结构，不但转轴耐磨性不强，在对于转轴的绝缘性远远达不到需要的效果，而且电机的安全性能也不能得到保证。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足提供一种转子，增强转轴的耐磨性及绝缘性。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为一种转子，包括安装在转轴上的转子铁芯，转轴与转子铁芯之间设置有一绝缘套，绝缘套固定在转轴与转子铁芯的连接处，所述绝缘套的宽稍大于或等于转子铁芯的长度，绝缘套采用环氧树脂材料。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型与现有技术相比，增强了转轴耐磨性，加大电机绝缘性，提高了电机的安全性能。

下面结合附图，并结合实施例，对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图所示，本实用新型包括安装在转轴1上的转子铁芯2，转轴1与转子铁芯2之间设置有一绝缘套3，绝缘套3固定在转轴1与转子铁芯2的连接处，所述绝缘套3的宽稍大于与转子铁芯2的长度，绝缘套3采用环氧树脂材料。
本实用新型的原理是：转子铁芯2与转轴1接触部设置有绝缘套3，因此能有效的保证转轴1与转子铁芯2之间的绝缘性。

1.一种转子，包括安装在转轴(1)上的转子铁芯(2)，其特征在于：转轴(1)与转子铁芯(2)之间设置有一绝缘套(3)，绝缘套(3)固定在转轴(1)与转子铁芯(2)的连接处，所述绝缘套(3)的宽稍大于或等于转子铁芯(2)的长度。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种转子，其特征在于：所述的绝缘套(3)采用环氧树脂材料。
