背景技术
目前，随着城市现代化建设的发展需求，天然气的使用也越来越广泛，西气东输，把西部蕴藏丰富的天然气通过漫长的管道输送到东部地区。燃气输配系统与电力输配系统相似，即气源站升压－输送－降压－用户。
由于在漫长的输送过程中，输送管道内存在铁锈、沙粒、杂草等等杂质。对燃气设备损伤比较严重，这就需要将这些杂质过滤掉。在现行燃气行业中，盲板与过滤桶体之间是依靠螺栓联结。桶体的大小不同，螺栓的粗细及多少也不同，这就给安装及维护带来了以下不便。1）占用比较大的空间；2）制造成本及维修成本加大；3）维修工期长。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服由于盲板与过滤桶体之间是依靠螺栓联结。桶体的大小不同，螺栓的粗细及多少也不同，由此给安装及维护带来了的不便。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案如下：
一种燃气调压撬站快开头，包括：过滤桶体3和设于过滤桶体3上的盲板盖1，所述过滤桶体3的一侧设有支座5，所述支座5上设有向上延伸的转臂6，在转臂6的末端设有手轮7，所述手轮7连接一丝杆8，所述丝杆8与所述盲板盖1相固定，其中，所述盲板盖1的上面设有堵头孔，在堵头孔中设有安全堵头13。
进一步地，优选的结构是，所述安全堵头13和所述堵头孔之间设有第二O型密封圈14。
进一步地，优选的结构是，在所述过滤桶体（3）和所述盲板盖（1）之间设有第一O型密封圈（2），在所述盲板盖1的上面设有防松环4，所述防松环4与所述支架相接触。
进一步地，优选的结构是，还设有防尘盖9，所述防尘盖设于所述盲板盖1和防松环4的上方处。
本实用新型采取了上述方案以后，拿掉防尘盖9松开安全堵头13排出过滤桶体3内的压力；此时，去掉防松环4转动手轮8提出盲板盖1，整个操作完成就可以进行其它的维护工作，具有很好的效果。

如图1所示，所述燃气调压撬站快开头，主要包括：过滤桶体3和设于过滤桶体3上的盲板盖1，所述过滤桶体3的一侧设有支座5，所述支座5上设有向上延伸的转臂6，在转臂6的末端设有手轮7，所述手轮7连接一丝杆8，所述丝杆8与所述盲板盖1相固定，其中，所述盲板盖1的上面设有堵头孔，在堵头孔中设有安全堵头13。
如图1所示，所述丝杆8通过压板10和螺栓11与所述盲板盖1相固定，当然，根据不同的设计思路，也可以采取其他的设计。
如图1所示，所述安全堵头13和所述堵头孔之间设有第二O型密封圈14，并且，在所述过滤桶体（3）和所述盲板盖（1）之间设有第一O型密封圈（2），在所述盲板盖1的上面设有防松环4，所述防松环4与所述支架相接触。
此外，本发明还设有防尘盖9，所述防尘盖设于所述盲板盖1和防松环4的上方处。

2.根据权利要求1所述的燃气调压撬站快开头，其特征在于，所述安全堵头（13）和所述堵头孔之间设有第二O型密封圈（14）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的燃气调压撬站快开头，其特征在于，在所述过滤桶体（3）和所述盲板盖（1）之间设有第一O型密封圈（2），在所述盲板盖（1）的上面设有防松环（4），所述防松环（4）与所述支架相接触。
4.根据权利要求3所述的燃气调压撬站快开头，其特征在于，还设有防尘盖（9），所述防尘盖设于所述盲板盖（1）和防松环（4）的上方处。
