Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种预制混凝土装配式框架结构,包括预制柱与预制节点柱连接、预制梁与预制节点梁连接,连接节点位于结构受力较小部位。预制柱与预制梁端部钢筋焊接于连接钢板上,连接钢板内设有内衬钢板,现场拼装预制梁与预制柱时,将连接钢板进行现场焊接,通过连接钢板传递钢筋的受力。本实用新型克服了现有技术的不足,设计在预制装配框架节点端部焊接连接,可现场进行拼装焊接,实施简单方便,保证连接质量。

本实用新型涉及混凝土建筑技术领域,具体属于一种预制混凝土装配式框架结构。 
背景技术
预制钢筋混凝土框架是一种是住宅产业化的一种结构体系,其全部构件可实现工业化生产,施工周期短,投资回收快,而且有利于环境保护,具有显著的社会和经济效益。对于全部装配式预制混凝土结构,其抗震性能将在很大程度上取决构件的连接技术。现有装配式结构中梁柱节点多采用湿式连接节点,节点处需要现浇,或者二次灌浆,这些方法施工周期长,施工不易操作,质量不易保证。本专利参考钢结构连接方式,并充分考虑结构受力特点。这样形式可以确保施工质量,提高施工速度、降低工程成本。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种预制混凝土装配式框架结构,克服了现有技术的不足,设计在预制装配框架节点端部焊接连接,可现场进行拼装焊接,实施简单方便,保证连接质量。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下: 
一种预制混凝土装配式框架结构,包括预制柱与预制节点柱连接、预制梁与预制节点梁连接,所述的预制柱与柱连接、预制梁与梁连接,所述的预制柱与柱连接节点处钢筋端部焊接有钢板,钢板设有内衬钢板,两个预制柱节点上通过第 一连接钢板焊接连接;所述的预制梁与梁的连接节点处钢筋端部焊接有钢板,钢板设有内衬钢板,两个预制梁之间节点上通过第二连接钢板焊接连接。 
与已有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果如下: 
本实用新型在预制装配框架节点端部焊接连接,进行预制构件制作,可现场进行拼装焊接,实施简单方便,保证连接质量;同时可实现装配式结构的等同现浇注连接,简单、实用。

具体实施方式
参见附图,一种预制混凝土装配式框架结构,包括预制柱1与预制节点柱5连接、预制梁2与预制节点梁6连接,柱101和梁202垂直相交,预制柱1与预制节点柱5连接节点处设有内衬钢板4,在预制前,先将第一连接钢板3焊接于柱101与预制节点柱5连接点端部的钢筋上,预制好后,在现场安装时,通过两个连接钢板焊接连接在一起;预制梁2与预制节点梁6连接节点处设有内衬钢板4,在预制前,先将第二连接钢板7焊接于梁202与节点连接点端部的钢筋上,预制好后,在现场安装时,通过两个连接钢板焊接连接在一起。通过上述操作,整个预制框架拼装完成,实施简单方便,保证连接质量。

1.一种预制混凝土装配式框架结构,包括预制柱与预制节点柱连接、预制梁与预制节点梁连接,其特征在于:所述的预制柱与柱连接、预制梁与梁连接,所述的预制柱与柱连接节点处钢筋端部焊接有钢板,钢板设有内衬钢板,两个预制柱节点上通过第一连接钢板焊接连接;所述的预制梁与梁的连接节点处钢筋端部焊接有钢板,钢板设有内衬钢板,两个预制梁之间节点上通过第二连接钢板焊接连接。
