背景技术
现有的不锈钢带表面一般不具有覆层,很多厂家在生产不锈钢带时,不锈钢往往是裸露于空气的,但在某种特殊使用情况下,不锈钢带可能会处于一种酸碱环境中,导致不锈钢带受到腐蚀,而失去其原有的功效。本专利提供一种覆铝不锈钢带,即在出厂前即对不锈钢带进行镀层,以保护不锈钢带,免受腐蚀。

为解决以上技术问题,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种覆铝不锈钢带,所述不锈钢带包括不锈钢带本体及不锈钢带外表面的铝层,所述外表面包括上表面、下表面及左右两侧面;所述上下表面的铝层为镀层,即为通过电镀的方法建立的铝层,所述两侧面的铝层也为镀层。 
进一步地,所述上下表面的铝层厚度为0.2mm-0.5mm。 
进一步地,所述两侧面的铝层厚度为0.4mm-0.6mm。 
本实用新型涉及的这种覆铝不锈钢带,通过电镀的方法得到铝层保护层,防腐防锈。但铝层不宜过厚,因此,也应根据不锈钢带的厚度进行设计。

2.根据权利要求1所述的覆铝不锈钢带,其特征在于,所述上下表面的铝层厚度为0.2mm-0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的覆铝不锈钢带,其特征在于,所述两侧面的铝层厚度为0.4mm-0.6mm。
