Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种气体保护焊设备元件,尤其涉及一种气体保护焊导电嘴,表面为圆柱面,其一端表面为圆弧锥面,导电嘴中心设有焊丝通孔,导电嘴外部还设有保护结构,包括位于圆弧锥面上的陶瓷喷涂层和导电嘴中部的保护套管,保护套管外部喷涂有陶瓷涂层,由于陶瓷具有极高的耐高温性和极强的热稳定性,从而延长了导电嘴的使用寿命,提高了工作效率,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气体保护焊设备元件,尤其涉及一种气体保护焊导电嘴。
背景技术
气体保护焊是利用气体作为电弧介质并保护电弧和焊接区的电弧焊接技术,是现代焊接作业中运用最广泛的焊接工艺之一。由于其具有电弧和熔池可见性好、焊接过程中焊接参数便于调节、焊接过程操作方便、熔渣少、焊接速度快、熔池小、热影响区小、焊后变形小等优点,已大量运用在我国工业生产中的各个行业。
气体保护焊焊接过程中电流密度大、弧光强、温度高,焊渣极易飞溅,而导电嘴材料多为紫铜,紫铜熔点为1086℃,明显低于铁的熔点1535℃,因此导电嘴在高温熔池及焊渣飞溅双重作用下,极易变形、损坏,成为气体保护焊焊接设备中最大的易损件,从而影响工作效率,提高了生产成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种耐高温、使用寿命长的气体保护焊导电嘴。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:一种气体保护焊导电嘴,所述导电嘴表面为圆柱面,其一端表面为圆弧锥面,导电嘴中心设有焊丝通孔,所述导电嘴外部设有保护结构。
上述技术方案,所述保护结构包括位于圆弧锥面上的陶瓷喷涂层和导电嘴中部的保护套管,所述保护套管套接在圆锥弧面的后端。
上述技术方案,所述保护套管为靠近圆弧锥面的半径小于远离圆弧锥面半径的圆锥台型。
上述技术方案,所述保护套管上具有陶瓷喷涂层。
上述技术方案,所述陶瓷喷涂层厚度从前往后逐渐增大。
上述技术方案,所述导电嘴另一端设有连接螺纹。
采用上述技术方案后,本实用新型具有以下积极的效果:
(1)本实用新型焊丝出口处外表面喷涂有陶瓷喷涂层,由于陶瓷具有极高的耐高温性和极强的热稳定性,因此喷涂有陶瓷喷涂层导电嘴的也具有耐高温性与热稳定性,从而延长了导电嘴的使用寿命,提高了工作效率,降低了生产成本;
(2)导电嘴中部保护套管的设置可对导电嘴具有良好的保护作用,防止焊渣飞溅到导电嘴外壁,引起导电嘴的过早损坏;
(3)保护套管靠近圆弧锥面半径小,远离圆弧锥面半径逐渐增大,呈圆锥台型,使其与圆弧锥面表面的陶瓷喷涂层具有平滑的过渡,外型更美观;
(4)保护套管外部还喷涂有陶瓷涂层,进一步提高保护套管的耐高温性和热稳定性,提高保护套管的使用寿命,减少替换能源浪费,从而降低成本;
(5)陶瓷喷涂层厚度沿导电嘴一端从前往后逐渐增大,使陶瓷涂层与导电嘴圆弧锥面形状相匹配,从而保证陶瓷涂层与导电嘴具有良好的结合力;
(6)导电嘴另一端设有连接螺纹,可方便更换。

具体实施方式
见图1,本实用新型材料为紫铜,其表面为圆柱面,其一端表面为圆弧锥面1,导电嘴中心设有焊丝通孔2,导电嘴前端外露部分的圆弧锥面1上喷涂一层陶瓷粉末,由于陶瓷具有较好的耐高温性能和良好的热稳定性,因此陶瓷喷涂层3可对导电嘴起到良好的保护作用,防止其在高温下损坏,从而延长导电嘴的使用寿命,提高工作效率,降低生产成本。为了使陶瓷喷涂层3与圆弧锥面1具有良好的结合力,陶瓷喷涂层3厚度从前往后逐渐增大,使其形状与圆弧锥面相匹配,可有效防止陶瓷喷涂层3从基体脱落。导电嘴另一端设有连接螺纹5,可方便导电嘴损坏后的更换。
优选地,为进一步保护导电嘴,导电嘴中部还设有保护套管4,保护套管4材料可为黄铜,保护套管4套接在圆锥弧面1的后端。为了使保护套管4与喷涂有陶瓷涂层的圆弧锥面具有平滑的过渡,可将保护套管4设计为靠近圆弧锥面1的半径小于远离圆弧锥面1半径的圆锥台型。为了降低保护套管4损坏后替换能源的浪费,可在保护套管4上喷涂有陶瓷粉末层,提高其使用寿命,从而降低生产成本。

Claims (6)
1.一种气体保护焊导电嘴,所述导电嘴表面为圆柱面,其一端表面为圆弧锥面(1),导电嘴中心设有焊丝通孔(2),其特征在于:所述导电嘴外部设有保护结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气体保护焊导电嘴,其特征在于:所述保护结构包括位于圆弧锥面(1)上的陶瓷喷涂层(3)和导电嘴中部的保护套管(4),所述保护套管(4)套接在圆锥弧面(1)的后端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的气体保护焊导电嘴,其特征在于:所述保护套管(4)为靠近圆弧锥面(1)的半径小于远离圆弧锥面(1)半径的圆锥台型。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的气体保护焊导电嘴,其特征在于:所述保护套管(4)上具有陶瓷喷涂层(3)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的气体保护焊导电嘴,其特征在于:所述圆弧锥面(1)上的陶瓷喷涂层(3)厚度从前往后逐渐增大。
6.根据权利要求1~3或5所述的气体保护焊导电嘴,其特征在于:所述导电嘴另一端设有连接螺纹(5)。
