背景技术
现有的铅芯电缆通常包括若干线芯,每组线芯包括铝导体和包覆在铝导体外的绝缘层,所述若干线芯相互绞合后在其外侧包覆外护套层,这种铝芯电缆的缺点是在绞合时易断裂,耐寒和耐油性能都不良。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种耐寒、高强度电缆,目的在于解决现有的铝芯电缆强度低,耐寒、耐油性能低的问题。
本实用新型包括至少两股绞合的绝缘铝导体,在所述绝缘铝导体之间绞合至少一根钢芯绞线,在所述绞合的绝缘铝导体和钢芯绞线外设置聚乙烯外护套层。
本实用新型通过在若干组绝缘铝导体之间设置加强钢芯绞线,使得电缆强度大大提高,绝缘铝导体与钢芯绞线一起绞合,其不易断裂;另外,本电缆采用了防鼠蚁聚乙烯外护套层,这样增强了电缆电缆的防断裂性能、耐侯性和防水性能。
本实用新型所述的绝缘铝导体由铝导体和耐寒绝缘层组成,所述耐寒绝缘层包裹在所述铝导体外;耐寒绝缘层使得电缆具有一定的耐寒性能。
本实用新型所述的钢芯绞线由钢芯和聚乙烯层组成,所述聚乙烯层包裹在所述钢芯外;在钢芯外包覆聚乙烯层,主要是为了绝缘和防水,使得钢芯即不影响电缆正常使用,也使其不易腐蚀。

如图1所示,本耐寒、高强度电缆,包括至少两股绞合的绝缘铝导体1,在绝缘铝导体1之间绞合至少一根钢芯绞线4,在绞合的绝缘铝导体1和钢芯绞线4外设置聚乙烯外护套层7。绝缘铝导体1由铝导体2和耐寒绝缘层3组成,耐寒绝缘层3包裹在铝导体2外;耐寒绝缘层3使得电缆具有一定的耐寒性能。钢芯绞线4由钢芯5和聚乙烯层6组成,聚乙烯层6包裹在钢芯5外。

1.一种耐寒、高强度电缆,包括至少两股绞合的绝缘铝导体,其特征在于在所述绝缘铝导体之间绞合至少一根钢芯绞线,在所述绞合的绝缘铝导体和钢芯绞线外设置聚乙烯外护套层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐寒、高强度电缆,其特征在于所述的绝缘铝导体由铝导体和耐寒绝缘层组成,所述耐寒绝缘层包裹在所述铝导体外。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐寒、高强度电缆,其特征在于所述的钢芯绞线由钢芯和聚乙烯层组成,所述聚乙烯层包裹在所述钢芯外。
