背景技术
管道减压是气液流通施工中的一大难题,常用方式是在气液流通的管路上设置多个拐角,用于逐步缓解压力,用于减压的拐角较多时,不但施工量大,而且一旦发生故障时,检修也较为困难。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种减压阀门,可省去用于减压的诸多管道。
本发明是这样实现的:阀门的阀芯和阀座设计成楼梯状,相互吻合实现密封。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,成本低,大大减轻了减压管道的施工成本,维护方便。

具体实施方式
如图所示,阀门的阀芯2和阀座3设计成楼梯状,相互吻合实现密封。
使用时,转动阀柱1,阀芯2与阀座3分离,液体由进液口4进入阀门内,由楼梯状的阀芯2和阀座3组成的间隙形成下窄上宽的通路,可有效控制液体通过的流量,且间隙的弯折代替弯折的管道起到减压作用。
