Abstract

传动装置应用于高速旋转式压片机,属于制药行业。传统压片机均采用二级传动,当主轴与冲盘同时旋转时,主轴的跳动量被冲盘放大,使得冲盘的端面跳动难以保证,进而在生产中跑粉现象严重。传动装置为三级传动,其中前两级传动与传统的传动装置类似,主要区别之处在于第三级传动上。其特征在于:主轴固定在机座上,不旋转,只是起到支撑冲盘旋转的作用。主电机通过一对同步齿形带轮组合,将动力传至蜗杆(小带轮固定于蜗杆轴上);蜗杆旋转通过一对蜗轮副,将动力传至冲盘下方的小齿轮;小齿轮旋转驱动固定于冲盘下方的内齿圈,使冲盘旋转,从而完成主电机对冲盘的驱动。本装置同等工况下,物料的浪费可减半,大大提高了生产收率。

本实用新型应用到高速旋转式压片机,属于制药领域。
背景技术
高速旋转式压片机是将符合一定要求的干性颗粒状或粉末状物料,通过上下运动和圆周运动的模具,在压轮的作用下压制成片剂的设备。具有产量大、操作简单,便于清理的特点,从而广泛应用于制药行业。在设备主传动方面,传统压片机均采用二级传动,主电机通过同步齿型带轮驱动蜗轮副,蜗轮副与主轴固定,冲盘与主轴固定,动力从主电机经带轮和蜗轮副传至冲盘。此种二级传动方式,简单实效,但不适合驱动转动惯量较大的冲盘。当主轴与冲盘同时旋转时,主轴的跳动量被冲盘放大,使得冲盘的端面跳动难以保证,进而在生产中跑粉现象严重,造成生产的浪费。
实用新型内容
鉴于传统传动装置的缺陷,本实用新型这一套传动装置为三级传动,其中前两级传动与传统的传动装置类似,主要区别之处在于第三级传动上。
传动装置,其特征在于:主轴固定在机座上,主电机通过一对同步齿形带轮组合连接到蜗轮副,蜗轮副连接小齿轮;主电机通过一对同步齿形带轮组合将动力传至蜗轮副,蜗轮副将动力传至冲盘下方的小齿轮;小齿轮与内齿圈都固定于冲盘下方且相互啮合;小齿轮旋转驱动固定于冲盘下方的内齿圈,使冲盘旋转。
本实用新型的优点是通过三级传动的驱动方式,使得冲盘运转更加平稳,冲盘端面跳动更小,生产中的跑粉现象更容易控制,大大提高了生产收率。

具体实施方式
本实用新型特征在于:主轴1固定在机座5上,不旋转,只是起到支撑冲盘2旋转的作用。主电机11通过一对同步齿形带轮组合,同步齿形带即,1中的大带轮10和小带轮7,将动力传至蜗轮副6的蜗杆(小带轮固定于蜗杆轴上);蜗杆旋转通过一对蜗轮副6,将动力传至冲盘下方的小齿轮4(小齿轮固定于蜗轮轴上);小齿轮与内齿圈3都固定于冲盘下方且相互啮合;小齿轮旋转驱动固定于冲盘下方的内齿圈,使冲盘旋转,从而完成主电机对冲盘的驱动。
此三级传动的设计,使得冲盘运转更加平稳,冲盘端面跳动更小,生产中的跑粉现象更容易控制,减少了物料的浪费(同等工况下,物料的浪费可减半),大大提高了生产收率。
