本实用新型涉及一种铜棒加工过程中，自动将铜棒夹紧和放松的气动夹具。
背景技术
目前，在铜棒的加工过程中，加工生产线上设有夹具，在铜棒到达特定位置时将铜棒夹紧或者松开铜棒，手动的夹具效率低下，而现有自动夹具的中间机构比较多，容易出现故障。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的铜棒夹具效率低，容易出现故障的不足，本实用新型提供一种气动夹具，该气动夹具采用自动化方法，可以安全简单地将铜棒夹紧和放松。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为：气动夹具的运载小车上设有两个钳夹块，两个钳夹块通过销相连，销设置在销支架上，销支架与运载小车固连，每个钳夹块的一端各通过一根拉杆与气动装置相连，两根拉杆的交汇处与一根复位弹簧相连，复位弹簧的另一端固定在销支架上，气动装置与控制器相连。
本实用新型的工作过程为，当控制装置检测到运载小车到达特定位置时，启动气动装置拉动连杆，连杆带动钳夹块夹紧铜棒；当气动装置停止拉动连杆时，复位弹簧拉动连杆，连杆带动两个钳夹块松开铜棒。
本实用新型的有益效果是，分别利用气动装置和复位弹簧拉动钳夹块，简单方便地实现夹紧铜棒和松开铜棒的目的，不容易出现故障。

具体实施方式
在图1中，气动夹具的运载小车1上设有两个钳夹块2，两个钳夹块2通过销3相连，销3设置在销支架4上，销支架4与运载小车1固连，每个钳夹块2的一端各通过一根拉杆5与气动装置6相连，两根拉杆5的交汇处与一根复位弹簧7相连，复位弹簧7的另一端固定在销支架4上，气动装置6与控制器8相连。
