Abstract

本实用新型涉及铜电解领域，尤其涉及电解槽液位器结垢的清除。
背景技术
电解液在电解槽循环的过程中，受液面温差影响，电解液中的杂质会不断沉积在电解槽的液位器上，使液位器高低不一，由于液位器浸在电解液中，清理难度较大，增大了电解液的液位控制难度，对电解铜的质量产生不利影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种清垢器，这种清垢器可以在不影响生产的前提下，较快速地清除液位器上的结垢，从而使电解槽两端液位高度保持一致，保证电解液在电解槽内均匀稳定。
本实用新型的清垢器包括齿圈和手柄，其特点是齿圈的一端为齿状，另一端连接固定手柄。
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，既降低了操作人员的劳动强度，又可以满足生产工艺的要求。

具体实施方式
图1所示的一种清垢器，包括齿圈1和手柄2，其特点是齿圈的一端为齿状，另一端连接固定手柄。齿圈采用不锈钢板制作，将不锈钢板弯曲焊接成圈状，然后在不锈钢圈一端加工成齿状即成齿圈。手柄采用不锈钢管焊接而成。最后将手柄焊接在齿圈没有齿的一端。
本实用新型在使用的过程中，只需把清垢器的齿圈有齿一端放在结满垢的液位器上，握住手柄进行转动，利用齿圈的刮擦作用即可清除液位器上的结垢。
