本实用新型涉及城市污水处理技术领域,特别涉及一种用微生物处理污水的污泥沉淀池。
背景技术
目前,城市污水的处理大都使用微生物处理法,即A/O生物处理工艺。这种污水处理技术,需要有厌氧反应池、好氧反应池和污泥沉淀池,污水首先进入厌氧池即A池,在无氧的条件下,利用厌氧微生物作用,主要是厌氧菌的作用,来处理废水中的有机物。厌氧过程主要依靠三大主要类群的细菌,即水解产酸细菌、产氢产乙酸细菌和产甲烷细菌的联合作用将采用厌氧处理可去除一部分COD,以减轻后续好氧处理的负荷外,还可利用厌氧菌的酶解作用,打开高分子难生物降解物质的链节或苯环,使之成为较易生物降解的小分子物质,甚至酸化成为挥发性有机酸(VFA)、醇类等物质,提高废水B/C比,有利于后续好氧处理。
厌氧池处理后的污水进入好氧池,也就是0池,利用好氧微生物自身的新陈代谢作用氧化分解废水中的污染物质。好氧生物处理是好氧微生物和兼性微生物参与,在有溶解氧的条件下,将有机物分解为CO2和H2O,并释放出能量的代谢过程。在有机物氧化过程中脱出的氢是以氧作为受氢体,有机物的分解比较彻底,最终产物是含能量最低的CO2和H2O,故释放能量多,代谢速度快,代谢产物稳定。
好氧池处理的污水需要进入污泥沉淀池进行泥水分离,现有的污泥沉淀池大多采用方形水泥池,进水管置于沉淀池的上端开口,由进水泵直接将污水打入池中,污泥在沉淀池中沉淀后由管道送回前面的好氧池。这种结构的污泥回收系统,需要用水泵将污泥打入沉淀池,耗能大,且进水过程中容易将沉淀的污泥再次冲起,污泥沉淀时间长,沉淀效果不好,不方便沉淀污泥的收集及回流。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种污泥沉淀效果好,方便快速收集沉淀污泥的污泥沉淀池。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种污泥沉淀池,其特征在于:沉淀池的底部呈锥形,该锥形底部连接排泥管道,沉淀池的上端设有出水口,出水口外设有溢水堰,沉淀池内设有进水管,进水管的下方设有弧形挡板。
污水由微生物反应池的出水管进入沉淀池的进水管,然由进水管的下端流出,污水在流出进水管的时候与进水管下方的弧形挡板进行碰撞,污水向上反射,可以降低污水的动能,减轻污水对沉淀池底部污泥的冲击,使得污泥沉淀效果好,沉淀效率高。
因为本实用新型的污泥沉淀池底部呈锥形,污泥沉淀后聚集在锥形底部,比较容易聚集,方便收集,锥形底部连接排泥管道,方便快速将污泥排除进行循环利用。
沉淀池的上端设有出水口,出水口外设置溢水堰,方便沉淀池内的上清液流出污泥池,进入下一道工序。
综上所述,本实用新型具有污泥沉淀效果好,方便快速收集沉淀污泥的有益效果。
