Abstract

一种实用新型专用盘式电机定子,进一步分析盘式磁滞电机磁场分布特点和电磁设计过程中应把握的漏磁导和损耗计算等;定子槽型由开口改为半壁口槽,槽口宽3mm改为2mm,槽深11mm,槽宽3mm改为4mm,电机的绕组线径由Φ0.27mm改为Φ0.31mm,匝数由71匝改为69匝。减少了齿谐波增值,进而减小了定子的涡流损耗,直观的效果是电机效率提高1个百分点,电机温度下降1-2度。

技术领域
本实用新型属于我国国防技术应用领域,是亚临界离心机专用盘式电机是核电分离提炼浓缩铀的关键设备。 
背景技术
由于亚界离心机用途的特殊性,对专用盘式电机的要求非常高,即要求电机运行时温升低,长寿命、低损耗,并形成产业化,来满足日益发展的核电要求。 
目前亚临界离心机专用盘式电机运行过程中,仍然存在温升高,损耗大,为此我们在现有盘式电机基础上,重点解决定子问题。 
实用新型内容:
为解决现有亚临界离心机专用盘式电机存在温升高,损耗大问题,本实用新型所要解决的问题是提供一种新型电机定子。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
(7)在现有电机定子槽形基础上,进一步分析盘式磁滞电机磁场分布特点和电磁设计过程中应把握的漏磁导和损耗计算等;由开口槽改为半闭口槽,定子槽型由开口改为半壁口槽,槽口宽3mm改为2mm,槽深11mm,槽宽3mm改为4mm,减少了齿谐波增值,进而减小了定子的涡流损耗,直观的效果是电机效率提高1个百分点,电机转子发热减少,电机转子辐射导致的电机温度下降0.5-1度。 
(8)电机绕组参数的选取,在绕组的参数作了适当的改变。首先根据磁滞特性和亚界离心机电机功率要求,修改了原电机的绕组匝数,选择合适的线径、匝数,已达到合适的槽满率,从而使电机的性能最优。达到提高线径,减少线负荷,降低导线密度,使绕组温升下降1-2度的效果,线径由Φ0.27mm改为Φ0.31mm,匝数由71匝改为69匝。 
(9)定子绕组采用短距绕组,削弱绕组5次、7次及倍数次谐波,减少在转子盘表面感应的磁滞损耗及涡流损耗,降低转子盘温度,合理匹配电、磁参数,使定子铜、铁耗之和比较小,降低定子温度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,定子槽型1为半壁口槽,槽口宽为2mm,槽深为11mm,槽宽为3mm,将定子绕组线圈2,嵌在定子槽内,确定绕组确定绕组跨矩1-11,每极每相槽数q=4,在槽内放好绝缘纸,在槽口两侧放好引线纸,采用双层叠绕组,短距嵌线,来削弱绕组5次、7次及倍数次谐波,降低定子温度。

1.一种实用新型专用盘式电机定子,其特征在于:定子槽型由开口改为半壁口槽,槽口宽3mm改为2mm,槽深11mm,槽宽3mm改为4mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种实用新型专用盘式电机定子,其特征在于:电机的绕组线径由Φ0.27mm改为Φ0.31mm,匝数由71匝改为69匝。
