[0002]永磁电机在近十几年的时间里发展迅速,也受到越来越多的注目。特别是在现在这个依赖于石油、煤炭等化石能源的世界里,永磁电机的出现使风能的利用成为可能。随着永磁材料性能的不断提尚和完善,特别是钦铁棚永磁材料的热稳定性和耐腐蚀性的改善和价格的逐步降低以及电力电子器件的进一步发展,加上永磁电机开发经验的逐步成熟,促进了永磁发电机在国防、工农业生产和日常生活等方面的广泛的应用,使稀土永磁发电机的研究开发进入一个新阶段。
[0003]发电机是由闭合线圈和磁通的相对运动而不断的切割磁场的磁通而产生的磁电感应电流的动能转换电能的电机。在电机中,通常用定转子之间的气隙中的磁场磁通的密度来衡量磁场大小,称为气隙磁密,永磁电机的气隙磁密是由永磁体提供的,具体是永磁体构成多极转子磁路固定在转子冲片上,现有永磁体构成的转子磁路结构有两种,即切向式转子磁路结构(如图1所示)和径向式转子磁路结构(如图2所示),切向式转子磁路结构提供的气隙磁密大,但相对的其漏磁系数也大,径向式转子磁路结构则与之相反,漏磁系数小,但提供的气隙磁密较小。相对于以上两种转子磁路结构,现有技术中还有内置混合式转子磁路结构,其可以在一定的转子直径下提供更高的气隙磁密,同时使漏磁系数保持在合理的水平,而现有内置混合式转子磁路中的一些永磁体离转子的转轴较近,甚至与转子的转轴相接触,致使此些永磁体与转子和定子之间的气隙距离较远,从而使气隙磁密较低,影响电机的转速。此外,采用稀土材料制成的永磁体可以增大气隙磁密,从而使电机的转速达到最佳状态,缩小体积,提高功率,但是,永磁电机的稀土永磁材料的价格较贵,对于电机来说其制造成本与非稀土永磁材料相比较为昂贵,因此,设计一个较为合理的转子磁路使其既能满足电机的运行要求,提供足够高的气隙磁密,具有适当的漏磁系数,同时,还能够相对减小稀土永磁体的使用量是非常必要的。且现有发电机的转子磁路不利于转子内通风降温,影响发电机的使用寿命。

[0011]参照图3,该具有新型永磁体转子磁路的永磁发电机,包括定子冲片1、转子冲片2和永磁体3,转子冲片2上设置有用于嵌入永磁体3的磁钢槽4,通过磁钢槽4便于对永磁体3进行安装,每三个永磁体3周向排列形成一极浅U型磁路固定在转子冲片2上,处于浅U型磁路中间的永磁体3为矩形,两侧的永磁体3远离处于中间的永磁体3的一端朝向定子冲片I,使每极磁路中的永磁体3更接近定子冲片I与转子冲片2之间的气隙,在不增加漏磁系数的前提下提高了气隙磁密,且增加了每极磁路的周向弧形长度,相当于减少了设置在转子冲片2上的永磁体3的数量,从而也达到了节省稀土材料、降低成本的目的。浅U型磁路中处于中间的永磁体3为矩形,处于两侧的永磁体3为梯形,将两侧的永磁体3设计成梯形可节省稀土材料成本,同时便于转子内部的通风散热。两侧的永磁体3构成梯形的长底边与处于中间的永磁体3相邻,且长底边的宽度与处于中间的永磁体3的宽度相同,处于中间的永磁体3与转子冲片2的转轴之间留有间距,此间距内设有通风孔5,便于转子内部的通风散热。所述定子冲片I上处于其绕组的外侧周向等间距开设有通风槽7,进步一便于定子内部的散热。

1.一种具有新型永磁体转子磁路的永磁发电机,包括定子冲片(I)、转子冲片(2)和永磁体(3),转子冲片(2)上设置有用于嵌入永磁体(3)的磁钢槽(4),其特征在于:每三个永磁体(3)周向排列形成一极浅U型磁路固定在转子冲片(2)上,处于中间的永磁体(3)为矩形,处于两侧的永磁体(3)为梯形,两侧的永磁体(3)远离处于中间的永磁体(3)的一端朝向定子冲片(I),两侧的永磁体(3)构成梯形的长底边与处于中间的永磁体(3)相邻,且长底边的宽度与处于中间的永磁体(3)的宽度相同,处于中间的永磁体(3)与转子冲片(2)的转轴之间留有间距,此间距内设有通风孔(5)。
