技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种自动计量仪器技术领域,具体涉及一种用于能够对液体介质实现精确计量的液体计量输送秤。 
背景技术:目前,对于液体介质精确计量采用模拟信号的方式,即通过采集电机转速带动齿轮泵运行次数来计量,从而实现对液体介质的定量输送,但随着环境温度的变化,液体介质粘度也发生变化,其缺点是:计量输送量不准确。 
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够不受液体粘度变化而实现精确计量的液体计量输送秤。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种液体计量输送秤,由通过支柱支撑的上开口罐体和齿轮泵组成,其特征是:支柱下端设有的支脚下方设有称重传感器,罐体下端的出口通过出油软管与齿轮泵进口连通,齿轮泵出口的管路上设有单向阀。 
由于采用上述技术方案,当齿轮泵运行时,罐体内的液体介质经下方的出油软管排出,通过齿轮泵、单向阀经管路排出,罐体中的液体介质重量的变化由安装在支脚的称重传感器识别,当达到输送量时,传感器给出信号,齿轮泵停机,从而实现精确计量的功能。
