背景技术
目前,大部分智能水表采取的智能水表流量取信方案均采用在计数器上方加一塑料圈,在塑料圈上设有传感器套,内部安装干簧管作为传感器,同时加粗指计并在内部设一磁铁,以配合传感器取得流量信号,因计数器上加一塑料圈,所以需将水表铜罩加高,以便将整个计数器部分罩住,这种智能水表传感器的安装结构存在如下不足:第一,塑料圈上设有的传感器套在计数器的上方影响数据的读取;第二,取信磁铁安装在指针上同样影响数据的读取;第三,因计数器上加一塑料圈,所以需要加高水表铜罩,从而增加了水表材料成本。

针对上述不足,本实用新型提供了一种智能水表开关磁阻传感器的安装结构,其不仅能够使整个标度盘清晰可见,易于数据读取,而且同时降低了材料成本。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采取的技术方案是:一种智能水表开关磁阻传感器的安装结构,包括开关磁阻传感器、字轮轴、字轮、标度盘和固定组件,其特征是,所述固定组件包括上夹板和下夹板,所述字轮轴设置在上夹板和下夹板之间,所述上夹板在字轮轴附近设置有凹槽,所述开关磁阻传感器设置在凹槽内,所述字轮轴上固定有字轮,所述字轮的过孔内固定有磁铁,所述标度盘设置在上夹板上方;所述开关磁阻传感器连接有向外引出的导线。

如图1所示,本实用新型的一种智能水表开关磁阻传感器的安装结构,它包括开关磁阻传感器1、字轮轴2、字轮3、标度盘4、上夹板5和下夹板6。所述字轮轴2设置在上夹板5和下夹板6之间,所述上夹板5在字轮轴2附近设置有凹槽7,所述开关磁阻传感器1设置在凹槽7内,所述字轮轴2上固定有字轮3,所述字轮3的过孔内固定有磁铁8,所述标度盘4设置在上夹板5上方;所述开关磁阻传感器1连接有向外引出的导线9,所述导线通过设置在标度盘和上夹板相应位置的开槽10引出,用以实现读取信号功能。
本实用新型采用开关磁阻传感器替代原有的干簧管传感器,由于开关磁阻的体积仅为贴片三极管大小,在上夹板上下沉一凹槽将开关磁阻固定在内,因此,本实用新型将开关磁阻传感器安装于标度盘下方,不仅使整个标度盘清晰可见,易于数据读取,而且降低了铜罩高度,节省了材料成本。
