Abstract

本实用新型是一种可调百叶式太阳能热水器,包括集热器和热水罐,集热器又由框架、导液管、集热翅片、反光层加工组装而成,集热器通过冷凝回液管、蒸发输汽管与热水罐连接,热水罐分别与冷水进管和热水出管连接。使用时,由集热器采集太阳光热量加热导液管内部的热媒,使热媒蒸发通过蒸发输汽管至热交换管内后冷凝,从而加热水罐内的水,冷凝后的液体热媒通过冷凝回液管或蒸发输汽管回至集热器内的导液管内,进入下一轮的蒸发、冷凝,如此循环加热。本热水器抗冻性好、使用安全、无需保温、造价低廉,既可满足居民家用又可适用于工业领域。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器领域,具体地讲是一种可调百叶式太阳能热水器。 
背景技术:
目前太阳能热水器产品有平板式、真空玻璃管式、闷晒式、热管式,其中以平板式、真空玻璃管式类产品为主。平板式、闷晒式存在抗冻性差的问题;真空管式热水器的集热效率较高,但同平板式、闷晒式、热管式一样,表面的玻璃材料易于碎裂存在安全隐患,需频繁维护;为保证利用太阳光集热的良好效果,现有各类型太阳能热水器均对安装位置和安装角度有严格要求,从而限制了太阳能热水器的推广普及。 
发明内容:
针对上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型可调百叶式太阳能热水器,综合解决了现有的太阳能热水器抗冻性差、存在安全隐患、维护频繁、安装位置和安装角度受限制的问题,且成本低,有利于可调百叶式太阳能热水器的普及。 
本实用新型的目的是通过以下方法实现的:可调百叶式太阳能热水器包括集热器1、热水罐9,所述集热器1由框架2、导液管3、集热翅片4、反光层5加工组装成;所述集热器1通过冷凝回液管6、蒸发输汽管7与热水罐9内的热交换管8连接;所述热水罐9分别与冷水进管10和热水出管11连接。 
所述导液管3将众多集热翅片4连接起来,类似于百叶窗式结构,导液管3内盛冰点低、热容高的液体热媒,用于吸收传输集热翅片4采集的太阳光热量。 
所述集热翅片4可垂直方向搬动或水平方向翻转,通过搬动或翻转集热翅片4,改变接受阳光照射的角度,从而使整台集热器1在任意安装角度都能达到良好接受阳光照射的目的。 
所述反光层5布置在集热翅片4采光的背面,用于反射太阳光加强集热翅片4集热效果。 
所述集热器1与热水罐9可为一体式的,也可为分体式的。 
所述集热器1可分别通过冷凝回液管6、蒸发输汽管7与热水罐9双向连接,也可将冷凝回液管6和蒸发输汽管7合二为一,与热水罐9单向连接。 
本实用新型所述的可调百叶式太阳能热水器与已有技术相比具有如下积极效果:1、抗冻性能好,特别适用于严寒地区;2、取消了玻璃类材料的使用,使用安全、免维护;3、集热器采集的热量可即热即送到热水罐内贮存,集热器无须保温;4、只要太阳光可照射到的地方都能安装使用,安装位置和安装角度无严格要求;5、综合造价相对低廉。

如图1所示,百叶式太阳能热水器由集热器1和热水罐9组成,集热器1由框架2、导液管3、集热翅片4、反光层5、加工组装成;集热器1分别通过冷凝回液管6、蒸发输汽管7与热水罐9双向连接,集热器1和热水罐9二者是分体式的,热水罐9分别与冷水进管10和热水出管11连接。

本实用新型所述的可调百叶式太阳能热水器,使用时,由集热器1采集的太阳光照射时产生的热量加热导液管3内部的冰点低、热容高的液体热媒,使热媒蒸发通过蒸发输汽管7至热交换管8内后冷凝,从而加热热水罐9内的水,冷凝后的液体热媒通过冷凝回液管6或蒸发输汽管7回至集热器1内的导液管3内,进入下一轮的蒸发、冷凝,如此循环,热交换罐内蓄积成热水,即可满足居民家用又可适用于工业领域。

1.一种可调百叶式太阳能热水器包括集热器(1)、热水罐(9),其特征在于:所述集热器(1)由框架(2)、导液管(3)、集热翅片(4)、反光层(5)加工组装成;所述集热器(1)通过冷凝回液管(6)、蒸发输汽管(7)与热水罐(9)内的热交换管(8)连接;所述热水罐(9)分别与冷水进管(10)和热水出管(11)连接。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调百叶式太阳能热水器,其特征在于:所述导液管(3)将众多集热翅片(4)连接起来,类似于百叶窗式结构,导液管(3)内盛冰点低、热容高的液体热媒,用于吸收传输集热翅片(4)采集的太阳光热量。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的可调百叶式太阳能热水器,其特征在于:所述集热翅片(4)可垂直方向搬动或水平方向翻转,通过搬动或翻转集热翅片(4),改变接受阳光照射的角度,从而使整台集热器(1)在任意安装角度都能达到良好接受阳光照射的目的。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的可调百叶式太阳能热水器,其特征在于:所述反光层(5)布置在集热翅片(4)采光的背面,用于反射太阳光加强集热翅片(4)集热效果。
