Abstract
本发明涉及温室温控设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种日光温室的增温系统,包括太阳能集热装置、蓄热装置、供水管路和散热装置,太阳能集热装置位于温室的顶棚外侧并与顶棚骨架的形状配合设置,且太阳能集热装置与蓄热装置连接,散热装置设置于温室中,蓄热装置与散热装置通过供水管路连接。本发明利用温室顶棚骨架外侧的太阳能集热装置在白天吸收太阳能和室外空气中的热能,并通过蓄热装置将太阳能集热装置收集的热能转化储存,蓄热装置通过供水管路将热量送至散热装置,散热装置将热量传递至温室中,解决温室夜间的低温问题。而且无需燃烧等装置,效率高且污染小,有利于现代农业的可持续发展。装置构成简单,安装简便,适合大规模发展组建。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及温室温控设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种日光温室的增温系统。
背景技术
[0002]太阳能辅助热泵通常是指作为太阳能热利用系统辅助装置的热栗系统,包括独立 辅助热泵和以太阳辐射热能作为蒸发器热源的热泵。这类热泵多数以供热为主,其中以太 阳能集热装置作为系统的关键部件。
[0003]日光温室冬季夜间室内环境温度较低,严重影响温室蔬菜瓜果的质量和产量。现 有的解决措施多为采用燃烧传统能源(煤、石油、天然气等)加温,此类加温对环境造成污 染,不利于现代农业的可持续发展,而且现有的温室热杲加温系统初投资较高,且效率不 局,不利于大规模的商业应用。

[0007] 为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种日光温室的增温系统,包括太阳能集 热装置、蓄热装置、供水管路和散热装置,所述太阳能集热装置位于温室的顶棚外侧并与所 述顶棚骨架的形状配合设置,且所述太阳能集热装置与所述蓄热装置连接,所述散热装置 设置于所述温室中,所述蓄热装置与所述散热装置通过所述供水管路连接。
[0008] 其中,所述蓄热装置包括热泵和蓄热水池,所述太阳能集热装置与所述蓄热水池 通过所述热栗连接,所述蓄热水池与所述散热装置连接。
[0009] 其中,所述太阳能集热装置包括摆动器和多个集热器,所述集热器逐个对应所述 顶棚骨架设置,多个所述集热器沿所述温室的长度方向排列,所述摆动器设置于所述集热 器位于所述顶棚骨架顶部的端部,以控制所述集热器根据太阳所在方位进行摆动。
[0010] 其中,所述集热器包括中间管道和与所述中间管道连接的铜板肋片,所述中间管 道内流通制冷液,所述铜板肋片在所述中间管道的径向上沿所述中间管道的轴向延伸设 置。

[0017] 本发明的上述技术方案具有如下优点:本发明日光温室的增温系统,利用温室顶 棚骨架外侧的太阳能集热装置在白天吸收太阳能和室外空气中的热能,并通过蓄热装置将 太阳能集热装置收集的热能转化储存,夜晚温室内空气温度较低时,蓄热装置通过供水管 路将热量送至散热装置,散热装置将热量传递至温室中,从而提高温度,解决温室夜间的低 温问题。而且本发明的增温系统无需燃烧等装置,利用太阳能效率高且污染小,有利于现代 农业的可持续发展。同时装置构成简单,安装简便,适合大规模发展组建。

[0027]其中,蓄热装置2包括热泵21和蓄热水池22,太阳能集热装置1与蓄热水池22通过 热泵21连接,蓄热水池M与散热装置4连接。热泵利用外置在温室骨架上方的太阳能集热装 置作为蒸发端,白天吸收太阳能和室外空气中的热能,再利用热栗自带的换热器及热泵内 液的一套水循环管路,链接蓄热水池,将热量转换到蓄热水池内。夜间受智能控制系统控 制,根据增温需要继续收集夜间室外空气中的热能。
[0028]其中,太阳能集热装置1包括摆动器12和多个集热器11,集热器11逐个对应顶棚骨 架5设置,多个集热器11沿温室的长度方向排列,摆动器12设置于集热器11位于顶棚骨架5 顶部的端部,以控制集热器11根据太阳所在方位进行摆动。其中,如图2所示,集热器11包括 中间管道111和与中间管道111连接的铜板肋片112,中间管道111内流通制冷液,铜板肋片 112在中间管道111的径向上沿中间管道111的轴向延伸设置。集热器安装于温室顶棚骨架 的外侧,每个集热器对应一根顶棚骨架且与骨架形状一致,集热器顶端连接摆动装置,使集 热板表面可实时追踪太阳位置。集热板由铜板肋片和中间管道组成,中间管道流通制冷液 R22,利用换热器将热量转换到蓄热水池内。
[0029]其中,供水管路3包括进水管31和回水管32,蓄热水池22的出水口与散热装置4的 进水口通过进水管31连接,散热装置4的出水口与蓄热水池22的进水口通过回水管32连接。 其中,进水管31上设有水栗。供水管路分为进水管和回水管,连接蓄热水池和温室散热器。 开启水泵,热水在蓄热水池和散热装置之间流动,将热量释放到温室内。
[0030]其中,集热器11的宽度与顶棚骨架5的宽度相同。每个集热器与其对应的顶棚骨架 宽度相同,充分利用棚顶骨架上方空间的同时,也不会遮挡阳光进入温室,不会对植物生长 造成影响。
[0031]其中,散热装置4为铺设于温室地面上的散热管。散热管均匀的铺设于在温室地面 上,保证温室内温度均匀。
[0032]其中,本发明日光温室的增温系统还包括控制装置,控制装置包括第一控制器和 第二控制器,第一控制器控制水栗33和热栗21的开关,第二控制器控制太阳能集热装置1和 散热装置4。本发明日光温室增温系统通过第一控制器控制热泵以及水泵的开关,通过第二 控制器连接有光传感器,利用传感器感应,接收太阳所处位置,从而控制太阳能集热装置持 续面向太阳方向。如若遇到极端阴冷天气,白天所集热量不足以提升温室夜间气温达到预 设定值,第二控制器还可控制太阳能集热装置持续运行,太阳落下后集热管道内的制冷液 持续流动,吸收空气内的热量。当温室夜间气温低于设定值时,第二控制器控制散热装置自 动开启,向温室内散热。增强了系统的智能性和自动化。
[0033]综上所述,本发明日光温室的增温系统,利用温室顶棚骨架外侧的太阳能集热装 置在白天吸收太阳能和室外空气中的热能,并通过蓄热装置将太阳能集热装置收集的热能 转化储存,夜晚温室内空气温度较低时,蓄热装置通过供水管路将热量送至散热装置,散热 装置将热量传递至温室中,从而提闻温度,解决温室夜间的低温问题。而且本发明的增温系 统无需燃烧等装置,利用太阳能效率高且污染小,有利于现代农业的可持续发展。同时装置 构成简单,安装简便,适合大规模发展组建。

1. 一种日光温室的增温系统,其特征在于:包括太阳能集热装置、蓄热装置、供水管路 和散热装置,所述太阳能集热装置位于温室的顶棚外侧并与所述顶棚骨架的形状配合设 置,且所述太阳能集热装置与所述蓄热装置连接,所述散热装置设置于所述温室中,所述蓄 热装置与所述散热装置通过所述供水管路连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的日光温室的增温系统,其特征在于:所述蓄热装置包括热泵和 蓄热水池,所述太阳能集热装置与所述蓄热水池通过所述热泵连接,所述蓄热水池与所述 散热装置连接。 、
3. 根据权利要求2所述的日光温室的增温系统,其特征在于:所述太阳能集热装置包括 摆动器和多个集热器,所述集热器逐个对应所述顶棚骨架设置,多个所述集热器沿所述温 室的长度方向排列,所述摆动器设置于所述集热器位于所述顶棚骨架顶部的纟而部,以控制 所述集热器根据太阳所在方位进行摆动。 、_、
