技术领域
    本实用新型涉及一种隔膜阀用隔膜，特别涉及一种隔膜阀用凸型隔膜。 
背景技术
目前，我公司现有桑达斯隔膜阀的隔膜及隔膜垫的形状为凹型结构，在隔膜制造工艺上，其中部销钉凸台处在烧结和压制密度较低处，工艺难度大、成品率低、寿命短。 
发明内容
   鉴于以上存在的技术问题，本实用新型提供一种隔膜阀用凸型隔膜，具体技术方案是，一种隔膜阀用凸型隔膜，包括隔膜垫、隔膜片、销钉，其特征在于：所述的隔膜片为凸型盆状结构且销钉嵌入在隔膜片中心成一体，隔膜垫为中心有一圆孔且和隔膜片同弧度的凸型盆状结构，隔膜垫套装在隔膜片的销钉上构成凸型隔膜。 
所述的隔膜垫的材质为三元乙丙橡胶，隔膜片的材质为改性聚四氟乙烯。 
本实用新型技术特点为隔膜片压制密度高、结构强度大、耐腐蚀性能更强，因而寿命长和质量高。

具体实施方式
    如图1、图2所示，隔膜垫1的材质为三元乙丙橡胶，隔膜片2的材质为改性聚四氟乙烯，隔膜片2压铸成凸型盆状结构且销钉3同时嵌入在隔膜片2中心成一体，隔膜垫1压铸成为中心有一圆孔且和隔膜片2同弧度的凸型盆状结构，隔膜垫1套装在隔膜片2的销钉3上构成凸型隔膜。 
凸型隔膜通过销钉6与阀芯、阀杆4连接；凸型隔膜通过螺栓与阀盖5、阀体8紧固。当气源进入隔膜阀膜盖，在气源压力的作用下，带动阀杆4、阀芯7向上运动，使凸型隔膜向上拔起打开阀门；当气源压力为“零”时，隔膜阀靠内弹簧力复位，使阀杆4、阀芯7向下运动，凸型隔膜向下翻，压住阀体8堰面，关闭阀门。

1.一种隔膜阀用凸型隔膜，包括隔膜垫（1）、隔膜片（2）、销钉（3），其特征在于：所述的隔膜片（2）为凸型盆状结构且使销钉（3）嵌入在隔膜片（2）中心成一体，隔膜垫（1）为中心有一圆孔且和隔膜片（2）同弧度的凸型盆状结构，隔膜垫（1）套装在隔膜片（2）的销钉（3）上构成凸型隔膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔膜阀用凸型隔膜，其特征在于：所述的凸型隔膜垫（1）的材质为三元乙丙橡胶，凸型隔膜片（2）的材质为改性聚四氟乙烯。
