随着我国住宅建筑的使用功能发展及建筑风格的多样化，许多住宅、别墅的屋面设计成为钢筋混凝土板铺贴装饰平瓦的瓦屋面。目前一些城市在建筑立面审批时，统一规定屋面设计方案取消平屋面，取而代之的是阁楼层、坡屋顶。这样在一定程度上改变了城市屋面单调、呆板的风格，给城市建设增添许多亮点。但是瓦屋面的渗漏问题仍困扰着人们。

本实用新型包括木檩条、胶合板、聚苯保温板、连檐木、顺水条、油毡、石棉瓦，木檩条上面设置胶合板，胶合板厚度为10～15mm，胶合板上面设置聚苯保温板，相邻聚苯保温板之间设置顺水条，聚苯保温板上面铺设油毡，油毡上面设置石棉瓦，聚苯保温板端头设置连檐木。
