本实用新型涉及一种置于建筑物屋面瓦层下的隔热保温屋面衬瓦,属建筑材料的制造技术领域。
                        背景技术
目前的建筑物屋面除钢筋水泥结构外,其余大部分是由屋椽+板簧(或砖簧、竹簟)+油毛毡+瓦片(机制瓦或小青瓦等)组成。这种屋面结构的主要局限是隔热保温性能差:夏季阳光直射屋面,大部分热量通过屋面传入室内,使得室温升高,降低室温需要消耗更多的能量;反之冬天室内的热量又大量通过屋面散失,造成了室温的持续下降,此时同样需要消耗更多的能量才能保持一定的室温。显然,不合理的屋面结构已经成为建筑物隔热保温性能差的一项主要原因。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种设计合理,能有效提高建筑物屋面的隔热保温性能,改善居住环境的隔热保温屋面衬瓦。
本实用新型为一种隔热保温屋面衬瓦,包括瓦体,其特征在于瓦体的上部设有瓦片支承槽,四周设有拼接榫。
所述瓦体的材料可为发泡塑料或发泡聚合物。
本实用新型设计合理,置于建筑物屋面瓦层下,能在环保、低成本、零能耗的情况下,获得屏蔽热量、保持室温、防止渗漏、改善居住环境的效果,为建筑物屋面提供了一种有效降低建筑能耗的简单易行的措施。本实用新型结构简单、容易加工、容易安装,既适用于新型、大型建筑,也能直接应用于城乡旧宅的改造上。

                      具体实施方式
本实用新型主要由瓦体5,置于瓦体5上部的瓦片支承槽1,置于瓦体5四周的拼接榫2、3、4、6等构成。
使用时,将本实用新型覆盖在屋顶的油毛毡上,拼接榫2、3、4、6用于拼接周边的瓦体5,使之形成一个整体屋面,再将普通瓦片置于瓦片支承槽1内,使屋顶结构依次改进为:板簧(或砖簧、竹簟)+油毛毡+屋面衬瓦+普通瓦片(机制瓦或小青瓦等),从而实现建筑物的隔热保温、防止渗漏,改善居住环境的目的。

1、一种隔热保温屋面衬瓦,包括瓦体(5),其特征在于瓦体(5)的上部设有瓦片支承槽(1),四周设有拼接榫(2)、(3)、(4)、(6)。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种隔热保温屋面衬瓦,其特征在于所述瓦体(5)的材料为发泡塑料或发泡聚合物。
