原油在井下直接与水接触，井口采出的原油伴有大量的水，而原油含水多了会给储运造成浪费，而原油含水多了会给储运造成浪费，增加设备，多耗能；原油中的水多数含有杂质，加速了设备、容器和管线的腐蚀，降低了管线的使用寿命。

本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷，提供一种高含水油机械脱水装置，减轻了对管线的容器和管线的腐蚀，提高了管线的使用寿命。

使用时，高含水油经过分离体的入口进入，经过隔板在聚结床4内利用聚结介质亲水憎油并提供很大表面积的性质，促使水滴聚结沉降。油水经沉降室5分离，确保原油含水量达到指标，原油脱水便于运输，减轻了对管线的容器和管线的腐蚀，提高了管线的使用寿命。
