本实用新型属于船舶领域，涉及主舷管齿形板的吊装，尤其是一种主舷管齿形板专用吊具。
背景技术
主舷管是由两个半圆板与一个齿条板焊接而成，重量较重，移动或运输时，需要采用吊车进行。目前，吊运主舷管的齿形板没有专用工具，只能采用钢丝绳或者纤维带进行吊装，然而钢丝绳容易划伤齿形板，而纤维带容易被齿形板割破；此外，由于钢丝绳及纤维带为柔性吊运，稳定性及安全性均较差。

本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种安全稳定吊运齿形板的主舷管齿形板专用吊具。

一种主舷管齿形板专用吊具，在金属厚板的上部中间部位制有一吊装孔，在厚板的中下部中间部位制有一矩形通孔。
而且，所述矩形通孔的四边制有同向角度的倾角。

2、本吊具结构十分简单，设计科学合理，完美克服了现有吊装齿形板时存在的技术问题，满足了稳定、安全吊装齿形板的技术要求。

本吊具在制作时，可采用模型锻压制成，以提高强度。
