技术领域:本实用新型涉及机械装备制造业中的一种加工技术,尤其是可调式超精机油石夹紧机构。
背景技术:目前,公知的超精机油石夹紧机构一般是采用螺纹锁死。一般的方法是在油石夹上攻一个丝孔,用螺钉通过丝孔挤压油石垫片来实现夹紧油石的目的。公知的这种结构夹紧力不可调,太大容易压碎油石,太小起来到夹紧的作用,适应性差。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,操作方便的可调式超精机油石夹紧机构,它克服现有相关设备在实际使用中突现出的不足,本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,它是由油石夹、油石盒、超精机油石、油石垫片、弹簧、油石夹紧锁盖、锁紧螺母、弹性调节螺钉连接而成,油石盒装在油石夹内,超精机油石被油石垫片压在油石盒内;两根弹簧分别装在两个圆腔内;两个弹性调节螺钉安装在两个超精机油石夹紧锁盖的两个丝孔内;锁紧螺母安装在弹性调节螺钉上。油石垫片、石夹和油石夹紧锁盖共同组成两个圆腔。
油石夹紧锁盖的一端设置有两个丝孔。
本实用新型的工作方法是:松开两个锁紧螺母,转动两个弹性调节螺钉,利用两个弹性调节螺钉伸入的长短来控制两个弹簧的变形量,通过两个弹簧的变形量不同来控制油石垫片4对超精机油石的夹紧力,其夹紧力可调。
本实用新型的有益效果是:该机构不仅能实现超精机油石夹紧,而且夹紧力调节范围大、适应性强,动作稳定可靠,还在清洁环保上进行了优化,节能环保。

具体实施方式:实施例1、本实用新型是由油石夹1、油石盒2、超精机油石3、油石垫片4、弹簧5、油石夹紧锁盖6、锁紧螺母7、弹性调节螺钉8连接而成,油石盒2装在油石夹1内,超精机油石3被油石垫片4压在油石盒2内;两根弹簧5分别装在两个圆腔内;两个弹性调节螺钉8安装在两个超精机油石夹紧锁盖6的两个丝孔内;锁紧螺母7安装在弹性调节螺钉8上。

1.可调式超精机油石夹紧机构,它是由油石夹(1)、油石盒(2)、超精机油石(3)、油石垫片(4)、弹簧(5)、油石夹紧锁盖(6)、锁紧螺母(7)、弹性调节螺钉(8)连接而成,其特征是:油石盒(2)装在油石夹(1)内,超精机油石(3)被油石垫片(4)压在油石盒(2)内;两根弹簧(5)分别装在圆腔内;两个弹性调节螺钉(8)安装在两个超精机油石夹紧锁盖(6)的两个丝孔内;锁紧螺母(7)安装在弹性调节螺钉(8)上。
