机架焊合是玉米机上的关键部件，玉米机的承重、安全均与机架焊合整体部件的焊接质量有着重要、直接的关系。机架结构复杂、体积庞大，并且上、下面均需焊接很多零件，焊接完成后的机架大约重800KG。玉米机机架焊接后，要求焊缝不能出现夹渣、气孔、未焊透（未熔合现象，虚焊）等质量问题，因此这就要求机架在焊合过程中能够旋转至90、180、270度并固定牢固。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种玉米机机架焊合旋转工装，该装置机构简单、占用空间小、使用方便、安全可靠，能够使玉米机机架360度自由旋转。
如上构思，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种玉米机机架焊合旋转工装，其特征在于：由座架、转轴、转盘﹑固定盘﹑机架固定板和机架固定夹构成；座架上安装转轴，转盘安装在转轴上，转盘和固定盘之间通过定位销固装；机架固定板与玉米机机架一端固装，玉米机机架另一端通过机架固定夹固装在转盘上。
上述机架固定板与玉米机机架一端通过螺栓固装。
上述座架采用三脚架。
本实用新型具有如下的优点和积极效果：
1、本工装中的机架固定板与机架一端用螺栓与固定，另一端用固定夹将机架固定在工装的转盘上，可以通过转轴自由旋转，并用定位销将机架固定在定位盘上，再配合机架焊合其它小焊合工装，可使玉米机机架实现360度自由旋转，因此能准确、快速地完成玉米机机架的定位与焊接，从而实现机架的各个焊缝的焊接，避免出现焊缝夹渣、气孔、未焊透（未熔合现象，虚焊）等质量问题，提高了焊缝的焊接质量，保证了玉米机工作的安全性、稳定性。

具体实施方式：
如图所示：一种玉米机机架焊合旋转工装，由座架5、转轴4、转盘3﹑固定盘7﹑机架固定板2和机架固定夹1构成。座架上安装转轴，转盘安装在转轴上，转盘和固定盘之间通过定位销6固装；机架固定板与玉米机机架8一端通过螺栓固装，玉米机机架另一端通过机架固定夹固装在转盘上，可以通过转轴自由旋转。上述座架采用三脚架。
本实用新型在安装机架框架时结合天车，利用天车将机架框架放到旋转工装上，将机架固定板上的螺栓拧紧，机架固定夹上的定位销插上，再将转盘与固定盘之间用定位销固定，使机架在工装上不再转动。当焊接完一面时，拔开定位销，将机架旋转至需要的位置，再用定位销固定住机架。继续完成焊接，焊接完成后，再利用天车，将整个机架撤出旋转工装。

1.一种玉米机机架焊合旋转工装，其特征在于：由座架、转轴、转盘﹑固定盘﹑机架固定板和机架固定夹构成；座架上安装转轴，转盘安装在转轴上，转盘和固定盘之间通过定位销固装；机架固定板与玉米机机架一端固装，玉米机机架另一端通过机架固定夹固装在转盘上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玉米机机架焊合旋转工装，其特征在于：上述机架固定板与玉米机机架一端通过螺栓固装。
