本实用新型公开了铅酸蓄电池正负极板同步自动叠板装置,由原来的正负极板先后依次进片并叠加起来,调整为正负极板同时进片并叠加起来,它能自动、整齐、稳定、快速地将蓄电池正负极板叠起来,提高了生产效率、降低了手工操作时带来的环境污染,保障操作的身体健康。本实用新型它实用于各规格的蓄电池极板,只需根据各规格尺寸极板调整叠板装置即可。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及铅蓄电池正负极板同步自动叠板装置,它能自动、快速地将蓄电池正负极板同步进料并叠放在电池夹具内的装置,属机械制造领域。 
背景技术
传统的叠板工序,具有以下缺点:叠板工序主要是人工操作,存在效率低、粉尘多、叠好的极群不整齐和错误现象。叠板错位和错误现象导致了蓄电池反极、微短路和短路,使电池产品制造成本增加,电池的不良率上升,产品质量难以有效的控制。 
    叠板工序人工操作,人员需求量大、人力资源浪费严重并在生产过程中的人为缺陷较多。 
叠板手工操作,员工接触粉尘的机会多,不利于操作工人的身体健康。 
目前蓄电池行业组装中叠板工序常用的几种方法如下: 
方法一:它是由钢板制作而成的叠板定位模具,主要还是靠人工操作,按照生产要求,领用规定的极板和隔板,取一片负板放在包板模具上,取一片隔板放在负板上,隔板顶部要高出极板肩部2-3mm。
另取一片正极板置于隔板上,极耳与负极板耳呈左右对称放置,然后将隔板弯折包住正板,极板要处于隔板的中间,极板肩比隔板顶部低3mm左右。 
再取负极板放在已弯折的隔板上,然后重复上述步骤。 
交替地将负板、隔板、正板送至所要求的正负极板数为止,送完后,用塑料膜包住底部再捆上皮筋,即一个极组完成,再平放于干净的木板上,放满一层极组后压一块木板,再在木板上放置包好的极组,如此可以放置4~7层极组,依次循环。 
本方法效率低、人工与粉尘接触的机会多、叠板错位和错误现象,导致产品不良率上升。 
方法二:一种半自动化叠板装置,将预先设定的隔板长度进行定长。定长压痕装置由两组相互平行、位置固定,压痕方向相反的机构组成,操作人员左右手交替使用正负极板沿压痕刮下隔板即可实现叠板,这种叠板方式是将正极板、负极板都用绝缘隔片包覆起来。 
每个装置需要一个指定的操作人员,在人员方面并没有减少,与方法一比较其优势是叠好极板组整齐干净,但依然存在先后顺序错误,多叠板或少叠板现象,产品合格率低,工作效率低产品质量无法从根本上提升。 
 铅蓄电池正负极板同步自动叠板装置,不仅减少员工数量,产品质量得以提升,工作效率也提高了很多,降低了产品不良率。 
本实用新型铅蓄电池正负极板同步自动叠板装置,它实现了正、负极板同步进行,生产时间缩短一半,并保证了每片极板平稳的叠加起来,极大程度地降低了对工作环境的污染,有利于保障工人的身体健康,是绿色环保产品。

铅酸蓄电池正负极板同步自动叠板装置包括:安装在固定机架上的叠板盒及固定支架,叠板盒是由带有丝孔的各规格板材,用固定螺杆将其组装成叠板盒,叠板装置上部净尺寸小于下部净尺寸是阶梯式盒,且两者之间存在上下高度差。该叠板装置适用各种不同规格型号极板,因它是根据各不同规格尺寸,前后左右可任意调节,上部薄片导向口是由推板将薄型极板送入经上部限位槽落到对称的两侧双固定平台,平稳的接住极板,不会导致极板或板材倾斜或卡住。由于增加了正负极板同时进料接板和叠料仓通道板,避免极板因落差太大导致极板卡住或不整齐,叠板的速度提高了一倍,解决了叠板过程中的卡板或板不整齐等问题。正、负极板进料、落料口可任意调整高度(5mm-50mm),极板厚度、隔板厚度及宽度的进料口也可以任意调整:范围在0.5~2mm,适合各种规格型号产品。同时进料正、负极板接料挡板是安装在同一机构或同一气缸、同一电机上,可减少叠板过程中的障碍,保证了叠好的极群质量及提高叠板生产效率。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的创新是:由于增加了上下高度差来调整极板的厚薄,正负极板同时平稳的进入叠板槽并整齐的叠起来,避免极板因落差太大导致极板卡住或不整齐,因此提高了叠板的速度,生产效率得以提高,解决了叠板过程中的错位、效率低等问题。 
本实用新型提供的铅酸蓄电池正负极板同步自动叠板装置,运行平稳、可靠性高、故障率低,尤其适用于批量生产,提高产品生产效率和质量。

铅酸蓄电池正负极板同步自动叠板装置由图2的各部件构成,各规格板材带有丝孔可固定螺杆将其组装成叠板盒,叠板装置上部净尺寸大于下部净尺寸是阶梯式盒,且两者之间存在上下高度差。该叠板装置根据各种不同规格型号极板或板料前后左右任意调节,上部薄型片或正板料导向口图一10,叠板装置是将两块叠料仓支撑板06和0601安装在叠料仓侧板01和叠料仓侧板02上面,起支撑固定安装汽缸的作用,两个汽缸08、0801安装在其上方的汽缸垫块07和0701,两块垫板100和1001的作用是连接汽缸并固定两块对称正极挡板09、0901和两块对称负极挡板11、1101,能快速准确的接住正负极板并平稳整齐的叠放好正负极板。
铅酸蓄电池正负极板同步自动叠板装置:它主要是由三块侧板01、02、03,正板导向A部件04、正板导向部件B部件05,汽缸支撑板06、0601,汽缸垫07、0701,汽缸08、0801,连接汽缸固定块100、1001以及正极挡板09、0901和负极挡板11、1101,叠料仓通道板A和B、12和1201,极板长度调整板13、1301,及图1的正极板导向口10、上部小限位槽101及下部大限位槽102等材料组成。 
铅酸蓄电池正负极板同步自动叠板装置的正极挡板09、0901和负极挡板11、1101它是两对既可以伸出和退回又能稳定平稳的将极板叠放起来的,以不致于的极板或板料倾斜、不居中,减少了极板或板料的冲击力,保护极板或板料不受损的同时还可以平稳整齐叠板。 
叠料仓通道板12和1201可以固定极板,将极板整齐有序的叠放整齐,并保证极板的居中度和整齐度,不会导致极板倾斜或卡住。

1.铅酸蓄电池正负极板同步自动叠板装置,其特征在于,包括:三块侧板(01、02和03)正板导向A部件(04)、正板导向B部件(05),汽缸支撑板(06、0601),汽缸垫块(07、0701),两个汽缸(08、0801),两块垫板(100、1001),正极挡板(09、0901),负极挡板(11、1101),叠料仓通道板A部件(12)和叠料仓通道板B 部件(1201),极板长度调整板(13、1301),正极板导向口(10),上部小限位槽(101),下部大限位槽(102)以及叠板盒,叠板盒由带有螺丝孔的板材,用螺杆将其板材固定并组装成叠板装置,叠板盒上部净尺寸大于下部净尺寸是阶梯式盒,且两者之间存在上下高度差。
2.根据权利要求书1所述铅酸蓄电池正负极板同步自动叠板装置,其特征在于,所述叠板装置的两块气缸支撑架板(06、0601)安装在侧板(01)和侧板(02)上面,起支撑固定安装汽缸的作用,两个汽缸(08、0801)安装在其上方的汽缸垫块(07、0701)上,两块垫板(100、1001)连接汽缸并固定两块对称正极挡板(09、0901)和两块对称负极挡板(11、1101),能快速准确的接住正负极板并平稳整齐的叠放好正、负极板。
3.根据权利要求书2所述铅酸蓄电池正负极板同步自动叠板装置,其特征在于,正极板导向口(10)高度的调整范围5mm~50mm。
4.根据权利要求书1至3中任一项所述的铅酸蓄电池正负极板同步自动叠板装置,其特征在于,所述同时进料的正、负极板接料挡板,正极挡板(09、0901)和负极挡板(11、1101)是两对能伸出和退回的接料挡板,靠气缸作用自动运行。
