一种防鼠蚁电缆。其缆芯外依次为铝塑复合带、高密度聚乙烯内护套、细钢丝铠装层和高密度聚乙烯外护套。铝塑复合带和细钢丝铠装层提高了电缆的硬度,不仅阻止电缆被鼠蚁咬吃而且起到电缆防电磁干扰的性能;高密度聚乙烯内护套和高密度聚乙烯外护套提高电缆耐腐蚀性和硬度,防止电缆分化和鼠蚁咬吃。

本实用新型涉及防鼠防蚁电缆技术领域,特别是一种无毒、环保防白蚁电缆。
背景技术
目前,电缆防白蚁防鼠较常用方法是在电缆护套材料中加入药物防白蚁剂。护套料中加入药物型防白蚁剂,虽然可以达到一定的防白蚁效果,然而药物型防白蚁剂都是有毒的,会造成有毒物质的污染,护套材料中加入药物型防白蚁剂,也会损害护套材料的性能,常添加其他一些助剂加以改善,这又增加了成本。
发明内容
为了克服现有的防白蚁防鼠电缆污染环境,损害护套材料,成本高,等方面的不足,本实用新型提供一种防鼠蚁电缆,该防鼠蚁电缆含有多层防鼠蚁结构,环保且具有防电磁干扰和使用寿命更长等优点。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:防鼠蚁电缆的导线由导体包裹于绝缘层内组成,多根导线和填充材料绞合成缆芯,缆芯外为铝塑复合带,铝塑复合带外为高密度聚乙烯内护套,高密度聚乙烯内护套外为细钢丝铠装层,细钢丝铠装层外为高密度聚乙烯外护套。
本实用新型的的有益效果是,铝塑复合带和细钢丝铠装层提高了电缆的硬度,不仅阻止电缆被鼠蚁咬吃而且起到电缆防电磁干扰的性能;高密度聚乙烯内护套和高密度聚乙烯外护套提高电缆耐腐蚀性和硬度,防止电缆分化和鼠蚁咬吃。

在图1中,防鼠蚁电缆的导线由导体1包裹于绝缘层2内组成,多根导线和填充材料缆绳3绞合成缆芯,缆芯外为铝塑复合带4,铝塑复合带4外为高密度聚乙烯内护套5,高密度聚乙烯内护套5外为细钢丝铠装层6,细钢丝铠装层6外为高密度聚乙烯外护套7。

1.一种防鼠蚁电缆,其导线由导体包裹于绝缘层内组成,多根导线和填充材料绞合成缆芯,其特征是:缆芯外为铝塑复合带,铝塑复合带外为高密度聚乙烯内护套,高密度聚乙烯内护套外为细钢丝铠装层,细钢丝铠装层外为高密度聚乙烯外护套。
