本实用新型涉及一种电力系统计量设备，具体涉及一种电能计量箱。
背景技术
现有的电能计量箱一般为一体式结构，上部分安装电表，下部分安装小型开关，上下部分连为一体不可拆装，不可组合使用，给安装、使用以及维护带来诸多不便；而且现有的电能计量箱大多采用铁皮制作，铁皮制作的电能计量箱绝缘性能差，容易生锈，使用寿命短，而且铁皮计量箱制作成本高，消耗国家的金属资源。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电能计量箱，以解决现有技术一体式结构安装使用不方便、由铁皮制作使用寿命短的缺陷。
本实用新型为底盖上下配合式结构，主要由箱体组成，解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是箱体主要由底壳和上盖组成，底壳和上盖均为片状模塑料制成，底壳和上盖通过两个三角螺丝固定在一起，底壳的背面设置四个固定连接件，底壳的侧面设置格栅式散热孔，底壳的下侧设置防水进出电缆头，上盖设置箱体出线开关室小门和箱体视窗，箱体视窗上设置插卡槽。
上述底壳的下侧和上盖的下侧相应的位置设置挂锁锁孔。
上述底壳背面的固定连接件为可旋转式连接件。
上述箱体小门设置门锁和箱体挂锁锁鼻。
上述箱体视窗和插卡槽都采用聚碳酸酯材质制成。
上述格栅式散热孔内设置过滤网。
本实用新型的有益效果是分体式结构，便于安装、使用和维护，拆装方便，采用SMC片状模塑料材质，绝缘性能好，使用寿命长，制造成本低。

具体实施方式
如图所示：一种电能计量箱，采用底盖上下配合式结构，主要由箱体组成，箱体主要由底壳1和上盖2组成，底壳1和上盖2采用SMC片状模塑料制成，底壳1和上盖2通过两个三角螺丝10固定在一起，底壳1的背面设置四个可旋转的固定连接件4，底壳1的侧面设置格栅式散热孔5，格栅式散热孔5内设置过滤网13，底壳1的下侧设置防水进出电缆头12，上盖2设置箱体出线开关室小门3和PC聚碳酸酯材质制成的箱体视窗6，箱体视窗6上设置PC聚碳酸酯材质的插卡槽7，底壳1的下侧和上盖2的下侧相应的位置设置挂锁锁管11，箱体出线开关室小门3设置门锁8和箱体挂锁锁鼻9。

1.一种电能计量箱，主要由箱体组成，其特征是箱体由底壳和上盖组成，底壳和上盖为片状模塑料制成，底壳和上盖通过两个三角螺丝固定在一起，底壳的背面设置四个固定连接件，底壳的侧面设置格栅式散热孔，底壳的下侧设置防水进出电缆头，上盖设置箱体出线开关室小门和箱体视窗，箱体视窗上设置插卡槽。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的电能计量箱，其特征是底壳的下侧和上盖的下侧相应的位置设置挂锁锁孔。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的电能计量箱，其特征是底壳背面的固定连接件为可旋转式连接件。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的电能计量箱，其特征是箱体小门设置门锁和箱体挂锁锁鼻。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的电能计量箱，其特征是箱体视窗和插卡槽都采用聚碳酸酯材质制成。 
6.根据权利要求1所述的电能计量箱，其特征是格栅式散热孔内设置过滤网。
