Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种吊扇叶片改良结构,尤其是一种能降低叶片成本减轻重量又可作吊扇与照明使用的吊扇叶片改良结构,包括吊扇和叶片,所述吊扇上连接叶片,该叶片内部置放有LED灯;所述叶片由上叶片和下叶片贴合而成;藉由将吊扇之叶片采用透明塑料材质贴合而成,并于叶片内置设LED灯之设计,如此构造不仅降低叶片成本、减轻重量达到环保目的,又可作吊扇与照明使用达到多用途之实用目的。

技术领域
    本实用新型涉及一种吊扇叶片改良结构,尤其是一种能降低叶片成本减轻重量又可作吊扇与照明使用的吊扇叶片改良结构。
背景技术
    一般室内都会安装吊灯及吊扇,而吊扇叶片大多采用木材制成,会造成大量的树木被砍伐从而破坏环境;再者,吊扇只是作为风扇吹风使用,并没有装饰或照明效果,因此,如何降低叶片成本,又能达到降温、照明等多用途效果,即是待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
    本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,提供一种吊扇叶片改良结构,此构造不仅降低叶片成本、减轻重量达到环保目的,又可作吊扇与照明使用达到多用途之实用目的。
    本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
    一种吊扇叶片改良结构,包括吊扇和叶片,所述吊扇上连接叶片,该叶片内部置放有LED灯。
    作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述叶片由塑料材质制成,并设有上叶片、下叶片;该上叶片边缘上设凸缘,中间设加强条;该下叶片边缘上设凹槽,中间设加强槽;该上叶片之凸缘、加强条与下叶片之凹槽、加强槽相结合并以超声波贴合而成。
    作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述LED灯为多色彩LED灯,该LED灯置设于下叶片上端。
    本实用新型的有益效果是:藉由将吊扇之叶片采用塑料材质贴合而成,并于下叶片上置设LED灯之设计,如此构造不仅降低叶片成本、减轻重量达到环保目的,又可作吊扇与照明使用达到多用途之实用目的。

    其中,1为吊扇,2为叶片,21为上叶片,211为凸缘,212为加强条,22为下叶片,221为凹槽,222为加强槽,23为LED灯。
具体实施方式
如图1~4所示,本实用新型一种吊扇叶片改良结构,主要包括:
吊扇1,该吊扇1上连接叶片2;
叶片2,该叶片2为塑料材质制成,并设有上叶片21、下叶片22;
上叶片21,该上叶片21边缘上设凸缘211,中间设加强条212;
下叶片22,该下叶片22边缘上设凹槽221,中间设加强槽222;
所述上叶片21之凸缘211、加强条212与下叶片22之凹槽221、加强槽222相结合并以超声波贴合而成;
LED灯23,该LED灯23为多色彩LED灯,其置设于下叶片22上;
藉由将吊扇1之叶片2采用塑料材质以超声波贴合而成,并于下叶片22上置设LED灯23之设计,如此构造不仅降低叶片成本、减轻重量达到环保目的,又可作吊扇与照明使用达到多用途之实用目的。

1.一种吊扇叶片改良结构,包括吊扇和叶片,其特征在于:所述吊扇上连接叶片,该叶片内部置放有LED灯;所述叶片由上叶片和下叶片贴合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吊扇叶片改良结构,其特征在于:所述上叶片和下叶片为透明塑料基材结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吊扇叶片改良结构,其特征在于:所述叶片中间设有加强条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吊扇叶片改良结构,其特征在于:所述LED灯为多色彩LED灯。
