为了克服现有技术中无带有洗手盘的小便斗的不足，本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种带有洗手盘的小便斗，该小便斗在上面安装一个洗手盆，在洗手的同时也顺便冲洗了小便池，一举而两得，达到方便使用和节约用水的目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：由小便池、洗手盆、下水管、底座组成，其特征在于小便斗的底座里面留有小便池，底座上部设有洗手盆，洗水盆下部留有下水管，下水管连通到小便池内，使用时，把底座固定在卫生间的墙上，洗手盆上部装有水龙头，小便后打开水龙头洗手，水就会顺着下水管，冲洗小便池了。
