本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由洗手盒和小便池组合而成的带洗手盆的男用小便池，其特征在于：在原有立式男用小便池上部，加增设置一洗手盆，洗衣盆的落水孔下，连接有环形分水管，在分水管左、后、右部位，开有小孔，以便将用过的洗手水分洒于小便池四周，将小便池冲洗干净。
