背景技术
带钢是连续成卷、厚度在10mm以下的钢材，用来加工各类金属或者机械产品。目前传统的带钢结构比较简单，最多在表面有覆膜层，但是不能起到很好的保护作用，硬度和耐磨性能都不好，另外光、亮度也不高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种光度和亮度高，硬度和耐磨性能好，能起到很好的保护作用的抗紫外线带钢。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
一种抗紫外线带钢，包括基板和覆膜层，所述基板和覆膜层之间通过粘合剂相粘合，所述覆膜层的另一侧表面涂有光油层，所述光油层为UV光油层。
本实用新型抗紫外线带钢，所述基板为普碳钢。
本实用新型抗紫外线带钢，所述覆膜层为PVC膜。

所述覆膜层2为PVC膜。
所述光油层3为UV光油层。
在覆膜层2的另一侧表面涂有UV光油层后，手感好，光度和亮度高，硬度和耐磨性能好，能起到很好的保护作用，用途非常广泛。

1.一种抗紫外线带钢，包括基板（1）和覆膜层（2），所述基板（1）和覆膜层（2）之间通过粘合剂（4）相粘合，其特征是：所述覆膜层（2）的另一侧表面涂有光油层（3），所述光油层（3）为UV光油层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线带钢，其特征是：所述基板（1）为普碳钢。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗紫外线带钢，其特征是：所述覆膜层（2）为PVC膜。
