背景技术
1,4-环己烷二异氰酸酯，分子式为C6H10(NCO)2，是一种新型特种二异氰酸酯，比常用的二异氰酸酯分子量小，在聚氨酯合成中，只需少量的1,4-环己烷二异氰酸酯参与反应即可获得卓越的性能。1,4-环己烷二异氰酸酯在合成过程中，由于该物质凝固点高，在蒸发出料时，由于出料管温度低于蒸发器内温度，1,4-环己烷二异氰酸酯在出料管上容易凝结为固体，堵塞管路，影响反应的进行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的提供一种1,4-环己烷二异氰酸酯出料管上带夹套的蒸发装置。
