Abstract

一种励磁线圈固定机构，包括定子骨架、励磁线圈和包裹在励磁线圈外部的线圈骨架，在线圈骨架的端面上设有凸台，在定子骨架上对应凸台的位置设有凹槽。励磁线圈装配时的角向定位直接由励磁线圈上的凸台及定子骨架上的凹槽保证，无需在其它零件上增加定位装置，显著提高了装配效率，降低了整机制造成本。

    本实用新型涉及涉及一种用于车辆辅助制动的电涡流缓速器，具体的说是电涡流缓速器用的励磁线圈固定机构。
背景技术
目前，国内外使用的电涡流缓速器励磁线圈机构主要存在以下不足：其一、铁芯上的凹槽需通过机械加工完成，增加了其制造成本；其二、励磁线圈在装配中的角向位置要求不能直接保证，还需增加铁芯与其它部件的角向位置定位机构才能保证励磁线圈的定位，因此会进一步增加制造成本，且会造成装配效率低下。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为解决上述技术问题的不足，提供一种励磁线圈固定机构，提高电涡流缓速器的使用稳定性。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题的不足，所采用的技术方案是：一种励磁线圈固定机构，包括定子骨架、励磁线圈和包裹在励磁线圈外部的线圈骨架，在线圈骨架其中一侧的端面上设有环形凸台，在定子骨架上对应环形凸台的位置设有凹槽，所述的环形凸台与凹槽的形状相匹配，在凹槽内设有弹性垫圈。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
励磁线圈装配时的角向定位直接由励磁线圈上的环形凸台及定子骨架上的凹槽保证，无需在其它零件上增加定位装置，显著提高了装配效率，降低了整机制造成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种励磁线圈固定机构，包括定子骨架1、励磁线圈2和包裹在励磁线圈2外部的线圈骨架3，在线圈骨架3其中一侧的端面上设有环形凸台4，在定子骨架1上对应环形凸台4的位置设有凹槽5，环形凸台4与凹槽5的形状相匹配，在凹槽5内设有弹性垫圈，线圈骨架3的端面上的环形凸台4顶在凹槽5内，受到弹性垫圈的作用，定子骨架1和线圈骨架3固定更加紧密。
本实用新型，在线圈骨架3内孔设有铁芯6，定子骨架1外端面设有端盖7，保证整体结构紧固。

1.一种励磁线圈固定机构，包括定子骨架（1）、励磁线圈（2）和包裹在励磁线圈（2）外部的线圈骨架（3），其特征在于：在线圈骨架（3）其中一侧的端面上设有环形凸台（4），在定子骨架（1）上对应凸台（4）的位置设有凹槽（5），凸台（4）与凹槽（5）的形状相匹配，在凹槽（5）内设有弹性垫圈。
