本实用新型的新能源路灯，包括路灯本体，及设置在路灯本体上的灯架，及设置在灯架上部的风力发电装置，及设置在路灯本体顶部的太阳能电池板，其特征在于：所述路灯本体内设有储存电的蓄电池，所述路灯本体内设有逆变器，所述蓄电池和逆变器相连，通过路灯顶部安装了太阳能电池板，吸收了太阳的热能，其传给蓄电池达到供电作用，且太阳能电池板板面呈弓状下雨时不会在板面上积水，还安装了风力发电装置，下雨时也能将风能转变机械能，再机械能转变为电能输送到蓄电池，然后通过逆变器将交流电变成直流电传送给节能灯，达到照明作用。其结构简单，成本低，节约能源。

背景技术
    路灯，指给道路提供照明功能的灯具，无论在马路上还是住宅小区中都安装了路灯，有的是太阳能路灯，有的是直接靠直流电照明，但是当阴雨天气，在没有光合作用下，路灯照的就不是那么的亮，甚至是灭了的。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种太阳能电池板和风力发电装置，从而路灯不管是停电的时候都能得到照明。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
本实用新型一种新能源路灯，包括路灯本体，及设置在路灯本体上的灯架，及设置在灯架上部的风力发电装置，及设置在路灯本体顶部的太阳能电池板，所述路灯本体内设有储存电的蓄电池，所述路灯本体内设有逆变器，所述蓄电池和逆变器相连。
作为优选，所述风力发电装置左右两边设有风扇，所述左右两边风扇相连。
作为优选，所述灯架内设有二个以上的节能灯。
作为优选，所述太阳能电池板分别与蓄电池和逆变器相连。
作为优选，所述太阳能电池板板面呈弓状。
本实用新型的有益效果有：通过路灯顶部安装了太阳能电池板，吸收了太阳的热能，其传给蓄电池达到供电作用，且太阳能电池板板面呈弓状下雨时不会在板面上积水，还安装了风力发电装置，下雨时也能将风能转变机械能，再机械能转变为电能输送到蓄电池，然后通过逆变器将交流电变成直流电传送给节能灯，达到照明作用。其结构简单，成本低，节约能源。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的新能源路灯，包括路灯本体1，及设置在路灯本体1上的灯架2，及设置在灯架2上部的风力发电装置3，及设置在路灯本体1顶部的太阳能电池板4，所述路灯本体内设有储存电的蓄电池5，所述路灯本体内设有逆变器6，所述蓄电池5和逆变器6相连。
其中，所述风力发电装置4左右两边设有风扇7，所述左右两边风扇7相连；所述灯架2内设有二个以上的节能灯8；所述太阳能电池板4分别与蓄电池5和逆变器6相连；所述太阳能电池板4板面呈弓状。
本实用新型的新能源路灯，通过路灯顶部安装了太阳能电池板，吸收了太阳的热能，其传给蓄电池达到供电作用，且太阳能电池板板面呈弓状下雨时不会在板面上积水，还安装了风力发电装置，下雨时也能将风能转变机械能，再机械能转变为电能输送到蓄电池，然后通过逆变器将交流电变成直流电传送给节能灯，达到照明作用。其结构简单，成本低，节约能源。

1.一种新能源路灯，包括路灯本体，及设置在路灯本体上的灯架，及设置在灯架上部的风力发电装置，及设置在路灯本体顶部的太阳能电池板，其特征在于：所述路灯本体内设有储存电的蓄电池，所述路灯本体内设有逆变器，所述蓄电池和逆变器相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新能源路灯，其特征在于：所述风力发电装置左右两边设有风扇，所述左右两边风扇相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新能源路灯，其特征在于：所述灯架内设有二个以上的节能灯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新能源路灯，其特征在于：所述太阳能电池板分别与蓄电池和逆变器相连。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新能源路灯，其特征在于：所述太阳能电池板板面呈弓状。
