本实用新型涉及一种阀门止回结构。
背景技术
现在市场上销售和使用的阀门止回结构种类较多，普遍存在的缺点是密封性能差，易造成介质回流，且能耗大。当阀门止回结构使用在温度、压力、开启频率过高等恶劣环境下时易出现了下列问题：一是密封圈容易老化而损坏，造成密封失效；二是阀体上的密封面长时间、高频率的在与阀杆的撞击下而损坏，导致密封失效。
发明内容
本实用新型根据现有技术的不足，提供一种即使工作在温度、压力、开启频率过高等恶劣环境下也能长期保持完全密封，可以安装在其他阀门中的阀门止回结构。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
阀门止回结构，包括阀杆和阀体，阀杆位于阀体的上部，呈倒T形，上部为柱状杆；阀体上设有锥形密封面，其改进之处在于：所述阀杆的下端设有与阀体上锥形密封面相配合的球形密封面，所述球形密封面表面设有耐磨层。
本实用新型进一步的技术方案在于:所述耐磨层为聚四氟乙烯复合层。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下积极效果：由于阀杆下端设有与阀体上锥形密封面相配合的球形密封面，且球形密封面表面设有耐磨层，使得即使工作在温度、压力、开启频率过高等恶劣环境下也能长期保持完全密封。
