空压机是一种将机械能转化成气体压力能的装置，在空压机中须用多个机械零部件来传递运动状态，其中齿轮是常用的机械零部件。现有技术空压机齿轮轮与齿轮轴之间易出现不紧配的问题，导致齿轮运转不稳定，影响空压机的正常工作。

本实用新型目的是提供一种带内固橡胶套的空压机齿轮，以解决现有技术空压机齿轮与齿轮轴之间易出现不紧配的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：
一种带内固橡胶套的空压机齿轮，包括带中心通孔的轮盘，轮盘顶部设置有环台，环台边沿成型有多个轮齿，其特征在于：所述轮盘中心通孔内设置有内固橡胶套，从轮盘外侧壁向轮盘内壁还开有一对彼此对称的开槽，开槽中设置有抵压在内固橡胶套侧壁上的压板，每个压板上分别连接有从轮盘侧壁伸出的螺柱，且螺柱上安装有将螺柱锁紧的螺母。
本实用新型结构简单，易于实现，利用内固橡胶套使齿轮与齿轮轴之间能够实现紧配，同时利用压板可在需要时抵顶内固橡胶套侧壁，进一步使齿轮与齿轮轴紧密结合，提高了齿轮工作稳定性。

如图1所示。一种带内固橡胶套的空压机齿轮，包括带中心通孔2的轮盘1，轮盘1顶部设置有环台3，环台3边沿成型有多个轮齿4，轮盘1中心通孔2内设置有内固橡胶套5，从轮盘1外侧壁向轮盘1内壁还开有一对彼此对称的开槽，开槽中设置有抵压在内固橡胶套5侧壁上的压板6，每个压板6上分别连接有从轮盘1侧壁伸出的螺柱7，且螺柱7上安装有将螺柱7锁紧的螺母8。
