背景技术
细纱机西面风机设置在细纱机的车尾处，用于吸取纺纱中的断纱等，改善工作环境。其主要包括机壳、设置在机壳内的叶轮，以及与叶轮连接的电机，机壳上设有进风口和出风口。传统的细纱机吸棉风机壳体上仅有一个出风口，这种吸棉风机的不足是：能耗高、负荷大、风机效率低、结构笨重。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种高效节能、结构紧凑、运行平稳的细纱机笛管吸棉风机。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是：一种细纱机笛管吸棉风机，具有进风口、机壳、电机和叶轮；所述进风口设置在叶轮的进口侧；所述电机通过紧固件固定安装在机壳上；所述叶轮通过电机的转子前端轴承安装设置在转轴上；所述机壳的壳体壁上具有上出风孔和下出风口。
上述技术方案所述叶轮上均布有若干片采用铝合金精铸车制而成的风叶。
上述技术方案还具有U形板；所述U形板具有两块，且上下对称固定设置在进风口一侧的机壳面板上。
上述技术方案所述电机的外壳为铝合金壳体。
上述技术方案所述机壳为2.5mm钢板冲制焊接而成。
采用上述技术方案后，本实用新型具有以下积极的效果：
（1）本实用新型的机壳的壳体壁上具有上出风孔和下出风口；可以更有效地吸取纺纱中的断纱，提高工作效率，减轻整机的重量，降低能耗。
（2）本实用新型的电机外壳采用铝合金壳体，可以减轻电机重量，增加散热效果，同时增大电机转子前端轴承，使其承载符合增加，减少电机的损坏。

见图1和图2，本实用新型具有进风口1、机壳2、电机3、叶轮4和U形板5；进风口1设置在叶轮4的进口侧；电机3的外壳为铝合金壳体，电机3通过紧固件固定安装在机壳2上；叶轮4通过电机3的转子前端轴承安装设置在转轴上，叶轮4上均布有若干片采用铝合金精铸车制而成的风叶；机壳2为2.5mm钢板冲制焊接而成，机壳2的壳体壁上具有上出风口21和下出风口22；U形板5具有两块，且上下对称固定设置在进风口1一侧的机壳2的面板上。

2.根据权利要求1所述的细纱机笛管吸棉风机，其特征在于：所述叶轮（4）上均布有若干片采用铝合金精铸车制而成的风叶。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的细纱机笛管吸棉风机，其特征在于：还具有U形板（5）；所述U形板（5）具有两块，且上下对称固定设置在进风口（1）一侧的机壳（2）面板上。
