本实用新型涉及机械连接装置,尤其是一种离心风机与变频电机连接装置。
背景技术
现有离心风机的蜗壳的一端面装置有进风窗,空气从进风窗的孔进入蜗壳内;而驱动电机采用单层机座、转轴上装有风扇,在风罩引导风向驱动电机进行散热冷却。这种离心风机的驱动电机是配置异步电动机,驱动电机冷却方式属同轴风扇自散热,最高转速只能在3000r/min以内。该风机转速低、风压低、风量小、震动大、体积大、无法满足工业飞速发展的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种节约能源、提高风机转速、增加风机风压、提高风机流量、缩小风机体积、降低制造成本、提高效率、适应工业发展的离心风机与变频电机连接装置。
本实用新型的目的所采用技术方案是,包括带有双层机座的变频电机,双层机座端面有通气孔,离心风机,其特征在于:所述的螺栓A穿过密封板的孔与离心风机的蜗壳壳壁孔内螺纹啮合,变频电机的轴插入离心风机的风扇的轴孔内,用平键连接,螺栓B穿过变频电机轴伸端端盖孔与蜗壳另一侧壁孔内螺纹啮合。
本实用新型采用双层机座内外圈形成的通风道引导吸风,不但可以形成离心风机的风量、风压还可以对驱动电机进行冷却散热,为转速的提高起到了决定性的作用。
本实用新型具有结构简单紧凑,效果明显,转速由3000r/min提高至30000r/min,风量增大,减小体积、减轻重量,节能,减少成本,可提高效率25%左右等特点。
