背景技术
每个客车厂家在外摆车门的设计制作时均会考虑其密封结构的密封性能，在现有技术中车门密封存在以下的问题：（1）车门防尘防水密封的可靠性一直难以达到理想的效果；（2）在投入运行一段时间的车辆密封效果更差，直接影响客车的整体效果，因此需要一种克服上述缺陷的车门密封结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种密封性能好、成本低、安装简单的外摆式车门密封结构。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种外摆式车门密封结构，包括门框铝型材、门扇铝型材，所述门框铝型材上设有止口；所述止口与门扇铝型材之间由第一道密封件、第二道密封件密封。
优选的，所述第一道密封件采用海绵橡胶条制成。
优选的，所述第二道密封件采用带钢芯的环形密封胶条制成。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点：

如附图1所示的本实用新型所述的一种外摆式车门密封结构，包括门框铝型材1、门扇铝型材2，所述门框铝型材1上设有止口3；所述止口3与门扇铝型材2之间由第一道密封件4、第二道密封件5密封；所述第一道密封件4采用海绵橡胶条制成；所述第二道密封件5采用带钢芯的环形密封胶条制成。
通过在门框铝型材1上焊接一止口3，在止口3上装配两道密封件实现门框铝型材1与门扇铝型材2之间的密封，其中第一道密封件4采用弹性较大的海绵橡胶条，它在载荷变化不大的区段可以得到比较大的变形，因此能有效地弥补门扇铝型材2与止口3之间的间隙误差；第二道密封件5采用带钢芯的环形密封胶条，该密封胶条具有的非线性弹性特性，使关门时消耗的能量小且密封效果好。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种外摆式车门密封结构，其特征在于：所述第二道密封件采用带钢芯的环形密封胶条制成。
