改变搅拌机桨叶的形状和装配形式：把桨叶改成平板型，装配使其有一定上下、左右倾斜度。在搅拌过程中，物料左右翻滚的中同时也能上下翻滚，搅拌更均匀，包裹质量好，不易脱落。
固定投料顺序：先倒尿素，后倒风化煤，原料的粘底、挂壁也得到解决。搅拌阻力小 ，能耗降低。
