本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种骨牵引钢针打孔定位器，其包括器体，其特征是：所述器体是一个U形支架，所述器体两端的端头分别设有定位孔和接应孔，定位孔内设有是活动的定位管，定位管一端是平口形，另一端是漏斗形。使用时可根据患者的情况，将所述器体放在患者需要打骨牵引钢针的部位，通过调整定位孔内设有的活动的定位管，调整器体两端之间的间距，然后将骨牵引钢针插到定位管内，打就可以了。
