背景技术：
医生在做甲状腺手术打开颈部切口后需要充分显露术野，以往显露一般应用甲状腺手术切口撑开器或牵开器，费用较高，且应用时有时影响术野显露及手术操作；缝合牵引法对切口皮下组织有一定损伤，术中如需更好显露某一部位时需重新缝合牵引，影响手术进度，增加皮下组织的损伤。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的发明目的在于克服背景技术之不足而提供一种既能充分显露术野且避免皮下组织损伤的甲状腺切口无创牵开器。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种甲状腺切口无创牵开器，包括切口拉钩，所述切口拉钩的末端通过弹簧与另一个切口拉钩的末端连接，该切口拉钩的前端设有钩齿，该切口拉钩的主体上设有弧形侧边，该切口拉钩的末端上设有定位孔。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，弹簧两端的拉钩一端牵拉在切口皮肤及皮下组织，另一端通过定位孔固定在无菌单上，能根据手术需要调整牵拉位置及牵拉力度，对组织损伤小，能够较好的显露术野；定位孔能够更方便固定；本实用新型既提高了手术速度，又能保证手术质量。
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案，所述主体上的弧形侧边呈由主体向上延伸的结构，避免牵拉时对组织的损伤。

一种甲状腺切口无创牵开器，参见附图1至附图3，图中：第一切口拉钩1，弧形侧边2，第一定位孔3，第一末端4，弹簧5，第二末端6，第二定位孔7，第二切口拉钩8，第二前端9，第一前端10，钩齿11。
本实施例中，第一切口拉钩1的第一末端4通过弹簧5与另一个第二切口拉钩8的第二末端6连接，第一切口拉钩1的第一前端上设有钝性钩齿11，第二切口拉钩8的第二前端上也设有钝性钩齿11；本实施例中的钝性钩齿11为三齿结构。第一切口拉钩1的主体上设有弧形侧边2，第一切口拉钩1的第一末端上设有第一定位孔3，第二切口拉钩8的第二末端上设有第二定位孔7。
本实施例中的第一切口拉钩1和第二切口拉钩8的结构完全相同。第一切口拉钩主体1和第二切口拉钩8主体的弧形侧边2均呈由主体向上延伸的结构。
第一切口拉钩1与第二切口拉钩8的位置依手术的需要可互换使用，第一定位孔3和第二定位孔7以适合止血钳穿过夹持在无菌单上固定，弧形侧边呈弧形上翘，以防止损伤组织，钝性钩齿11数量为两个的，拉钩主体的其板面宽10mm；钩齿数量为三个的，其拉钩主体的板面宽15mm，其厚度为1mm，定位孔孔径5mm，钩齿11与板面宽距离为8mm。
本实施例适合牵开甲状腺切口，较好显露术区野，避免皮下组织损伤，可依需要使用3～6个甲状腺手术切口牵开器，数目、方向及拉力可依据手术需要调整，与现有技术相比，既提高手术速度，又能保证手术质量。

1.一种甲状腺切口无创牵开器，包括切口拉钩，其特征在于：所述切口拉钩的末端通过弹簧与另一个切口拉钩的末端连接，该切口拉钩的前端设有钩齿，该切口拉钩的主体上设有弧形侧边，该切口拉钩的末端上设有定位孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甲状腺切口无创牵开器，其特征在于：所述主体上的弧形侧边呈由主体向上延伸的结构。
