Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种太阳能板安装架,它包括T形轨道、卡块、纵梁和立柱。所述的T形轨道的顶面用于安装太阳能板,T形轨道的底端通过卡块固定在纵梁的顶面,纵梁的底面固定在立柱上;所述的纵梁为U形纵梁,U形纵梁的顶面开设一个贯穿全长的长槽,该长槽端口的两侧壁分别向内延伸出一段凸沿,U形纵梁的下部具有一贯穿全长的开口槽,该开口槽套接在立柱的顶端且通过螺栓与立柱固接;所述的卡块套置在长槽内且卡块卡置在长槽端口的凸沿上。由于本实用新型作为安装主要部件的纵梁,其上设有上下长槽和开口槽,纵梁可通过螺栓直接规定在立柱的顶端,较习用的结构相比,省缺了安装组件,纵梁结构和安装结构皆更为简单、合理。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能安装部件,特别是涉及一种太阳能板安装架。 
背景技术
目前,太阳能产品的应用越来越广泛,在太阳能产品的安装过程中皆涉及太阳能板的安装。中国专利CN202196785U公开一种三槽纵梁(如图1所示),该纵梁1’的梁体上设有三个安装槽11’、12’、13’,其中一安装槽11’开口朝上设置于梁体的顶端,另两个安装槽12’、13’开口朝外对称设置于梁体的两侧。设于梁体两边侧的安装槽12’、13’于其两槽壁凸设有供法兰面螺母2’卡接于该安装槽12’、13’内的平行挡沿,所述的法兰螺母2借一与之配合锁定的螺栓连接安装组件3’并通过该安装组件3’立柱4’固接。设于梁体顶端的安装槽11’于其两槽壁上凸设有供一Z形块5’抵顶于该安装槽11’内的高低挡沿,该Z形块5’借一与之配合锁定的螺栓连接T形导轨6’。由于该专利设有安装组件3’,结构较为复杂。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单的太阳能板安装架。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是: 
本实用新型是一种太阳能板安装架,它包括T形轨道、卡块、纵梁、H形连接件和立柱;所述的T形轨道的顶面用于安装太阳能板,T形轨道的底端通过卡块固定在纵梁的顶面,纵梁的底面固定在立柱上;其特征在于:所述的纵梁为U形纵梁,U形纵梁的顶面开设一个贯穿全长的长槽,该长槽端口的两侧壁分别向内延伸出一段凸沿,U型纵梁的下部具有一贯穿全长的开口槽,该开口槽套接在立柱的顶端且通过螺栓与立柱固接;所述的卡块套置在长槽内且卡块卡置在长槽端口的凸沿上。
采用上述方案后,由于本实用新型作为安装主要部件的纵梁,其上设有上下长槽和开口槽,纵梁可通过螺栓直接固定在立柱的顶端,较习用的结构相比,省缺了安装组件,纵梁结构和安装结构皆更为简单、合理。

具体实施方式
如图2-图4所示,本实用新型是一种太阳能板安装架,它包括T型轨道1、固定螺栓2、弹性垫圈3、压块4、卡块5、纵梁6、立柱7、H形接头8。 
所述的纵梁6为U形纵梁6,U形纵梁6的顶面开设一个贯穿全长的长槽61,该长槽61端口的两侧壁分别向内延伸出一段作为挡条的凸沿611(如图5所示),U形纵梁6的下部具有一贯穿全长的开口槽62,该开口槽62套接在立柱7的顶端且通过H形接头8、螺栓9与立柱7顶端固接,使得纵梁6固定在立柱7上。 
所述的太阳能电池板10固定在T形轨道1(如图6所示)的顶面。所述的固定螺栓2的螺杆段穿过弹性垫圈3、压块4与套置在U形纵梁6的长槽61内的卡块5螺接,而将T形轨道1固定在纵梁6上。 
本实用新型的重点就在于:采用U形纵梁。
