本实用新型公开了一种捣炉机电缆,橡胶护套内设有导电线芯,导电线芯外部包裹有绝缘橡皮,所述橡皮护套内壁设有编织加强层,所述编织加强层内设有橡皮内护套,所述橡皮内护套内设有四根包裹绝缘橡皮的导电线芯,所述绝缘橡皮与导电线芯之间设有隔离薄膜,所述四根导电线芯之间设有钢丝加强芯。采用上述捣炉机电缆,加强了导体线芯的柔软性,保证其曲挠性。内外护套材料选用抗拉强度达到12MPa以上、伸长率达到300%以上的弹性体材料。内外护套间编织较为特殊的高强度纤维绳,增强电缆的整体抗拉力。在安全供电的同事,还保证了电缆承受较大的抗拉力,线芯不断芯。

背景技术
捣炉机是冶金行业炼制铁合金过程中加料和捣炉操作的一种专用设备,电源供电方式为活动式,由卷筒电缆供电,一侧连在捣炉机上,一侧从电源处引出,并能用吊挂重锤使之卷起,卷筒装置放在操作平台柱旁的适中位置,作业环境为高温,主要对电缆的强度要求很高,电缆供电的同时,需承载20KN的拉力,故对电缆的使用要求非常苛刻。一台30KW捣炉机,若使用普通电缆供电,其最大抗拉力仅为5KN,电缆使用一天便出现断芯现象,捣炉机就无法再继续工作。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够给捣炉机安全供电,保证电缆承受较大的抗拉力,线芯不断芯的捣炉机电缆。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:一种捣炉机电缆,橡胶护套内设有导电线芯,导电线芯外部包裹有绝缘橡皮,所述橡皮护套内壁设有编织加强层,所述编织加强层内设有橡皮内护套,所述橡皮内护套内设有四根包裹绝缘橡皮的导电线芯,所述绝缘橡皮与导电线芯之间设有隔离薄膜,所述四根导电线芯之间设有钢丝加强芯。 
采用上述捣炉机电缆,加强了导体线芯的柔软性,保证其曲挠性。内外护套材料选用抗拉强度达到12Mpa以上、伸长率达到300%以上的弹性体材料。内外护套间编织较为特殊的高强度纤维绳,增强电缆的整体抗拉力。在安全供电的同事,还保证了电缆承受较大的抗拉力,线芯不断芯。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该捣炉机电缆的橡胶护套7内设有导电线芯4,导电线芯4外部包裹有绝缘橡皮6,所述橡皮护套7内壁设有编织加强层2,所述编织加强层2内设有橡皮内护套3,所述橡皮内护套3内设有四根包裹绝缘橡皮6的导电线芯4,所述绝缘橡皮6与导电线芯4之间设有隔离薄膜5,所述四根导电线芯4之间设有钢丝加强芯1。 
上述导电线芯的导体绞合节径比应不大于10倍。导电线芯和绝缘层间所用的隔离薄膜5为聚酯带。绝缘材料采用IE型普通橡皮混合物,绝缘线芯之间、绝缘与导体之间不应粘连。 
上述电缆缆芯中间用挤有绝缘橡皮的钢丝芯填充加强。绝缘内护套和绝缘外护套材料选用电焊机电缆绝缘橡皮;挤内护时采用挤压式挤出,缆芯缝隙用电焊机电缆绝缘橡皮填充饱满。挤出绝缘内护套时不允许涂滑石粉,绝缘内护套与绝缘外护套允许粘连。绝缘内护套外编织加强层,选用高强度纤维材料。

1.一种捣炉机电缆,橡胶护套(7)内设有导电线芯(4),导电线芯(4)外部包裹有绝缘橡皮(6),所述橡皮护套(7)内壁设有编织加强层(2),所述编织加强层(2)内设有橡皮内护套(3),所述橡皮内护套(3)内设有四根包裹绝缘橡皮(6)的导电线芯(4),所述绝缘橡皮(6)与导电线芯(4)之间设有隔离薄膜(5),所述四根导电线芯(4)之间设有钢丝加强芯(1)。
