本实用新型涉及对溶液温度进行精确的测量的温度计,尤其涉及血气电解质分析仪样品测量池内流路温度检测装置。
背景技术
目前血气电解质分析仪温度检测多为通过检测电极外壁温度来判断管道流路温度,不能检测到实际电极内部管道流路上的温度。

为了解决现有技术中问题,本实用新型提供了一种温度电极,其包括电极壳、电极头、侧密封盖、钢管、温度传感器、PCB板、接地导线、盖板,所述电极头设置在电极壳前端,所述盖板及侧密封盖设置在所述电极壳侧面,所述钢管、温度传感器、PCB板及接地导线设置在所述电极壳内部,钢管为流路通道,温度传感器紧贴钢管,PCB板连接温度传感器和电极头,钢管通过接地导线与电极头连接。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,还包括密封圈,所述密封圈设置在侧密封盖上。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,钢管上设有导热硅脂,导热硅脂设置在钢管与温度传感器连接处。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,接地导线通过焊接与钢管连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型将温度传感器放置在电极内部并紧贴流路钢管,使温度传感器在流路最近位置,这样就能够探测到流路比较精确的温度。电极通道钢管连接有导线,能使流路接地。

如图1和2所示,一种温度电极,其包括电极壳3、电极头1、侧密封盖4、钢管8、温度传感器7、PCB板5、接地导线6、盖板2、密封圈9,所述电极头1设置在电极壳3前端,所述盖板2及侧密封盖4设置在所述电极壳3侧面,所述钢管8、温度传感器7、PCB板5及接地导线6设置在所述电极壳3内部,钢管为流路通道,温度传感器紧贴钢管,PCB板连接温度传感器和电极头,钢管通过接地导线与电极头连接。所述密封圈设置在侧密封盖上。钢管上设有导热硅脂,导热硅脂设置在钢管与温度传感器连接处。接地导线通过焊接与钢管连接。
此温度电极包括电极壳、电极头、侧密封盖、钢管、密封圈、温度传感器、PCB板、接地导线、盖板。钢管为流路通道,温度传感器紧贴钢管并在周围填入导热硅脂,PCB板为用来连接温度传感器和电极头并有调节校正温度读数功能,钢管上焊有接地导线与电极头连接用于流路接地。侧密封盖和密封圈用于与其他流路通道连接。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种温度电极,其特征在于:还包括密封圈,所述密封圈设置在侧密封盖上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种温度电极,其特征在于:钢管上设有导热硅脂,导热硅脂设置在钢管与温度传感器连接处。
