本实用新型涉及一种蒸汽喷射冷冻机,特别是一种大气桥式蒸汽喷射冷冻机。 
背景技术
目前,国内蒸汽喷射冷冻机均采用叉式,或者称为斜拉式。这种叉式结构中的混合式蒸喷机组存在倒灌回流热水现象,因此,降低了制冷效果。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述技术中存在的不足,提供一种大气桥式蒸汽喷射冷冻机。采用桥式水平装配。解决了倒灌回流热水的现象。水流泵提高了压缩比,使真空运行稳定,降低了能耗。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,由闪蒸器、急冷器、喷射泵、辅助喷射泵以及分汽管组成,其特征是喷射泵按大气桥式水平装配时有5度以上倾斜角。 
工作原理:用0.05-0.8MPa低压蒸汽经喷射泵高速气流喷射造成闪蒸器的水蒸发一部分变为冷蒸气,到急冷器中被冷却水冷却造成真空,剩余的蒸汽和不凝缩气体经辅助喷射泵喷射到大气中。 
本实用新型的优点是,采用桥式水平装配。解决了倒灌回流热水的现象。水流泵提高了压缩比,使真空运行稳定,降低了能耗。

3.根据权利要求1所述的大气桥式蒸汽喷射冷冻机,其特征是,急冷器直径比闪凝器直径小,辅助泵用水流泵代替。
